This year, the enterprise's team was included on the district Honor Board.

Performance is growing
- For three years, our farm has seen positive dynamics in crop production, - says Yuriy Eremich, DIRECTOR of Voronetsky KSUP. - We receive about 20 thousand tons of cereal grain and 8 thousand tons of corn. This volume is enough to fulfill the state order, feed animals and distribute grain to the population. Every year, those who work are given 300 kg as an incentive. We sell the rest.

The same high figures for beets. In 2023, they collected 46 thousand tons, this year they plan to collect 51 thousand tons. The rapeseed harvest is also stable at 55 c/ha. About 1.5 thousand tons of "black gold" are processed for their own consumption, another 1.3 thousand tons are delivered under the state order and sold on the domestic market.

- Today, the topic of winter crops is very important, - the director of KSUP "Voronetsky" is sure. - After winter, moisture remains that needs to be used. Putting spring crops in dry sand is pointless. We must switch to a technology when winter crops are sown as much as possible , and spring crops, except for corn and beets, are not sown at all. With the right approach, winter crops yield 80-110 c/ha - the main thing is that the land is well fertilized. Thus, winter barley allows for early harvesting, obtaining fresh straw for cattle. The climate is changing, and winter crops should be a priority.
 
Successes in animal husbandry are also encouraging
- The pig complex has a herd of about 16 thousand, - Yuriy Eremich cites the figures. - The dynamics in this area are positive, there are good weight gains, profitability is about 104-105%. We are also increasing beef production. In terms of MILK, milk yield has been growing by 800-1200 kg per cow in the last three years. In 2024, we plan to reach a milk yield of up to 9 thousand kg per cow. On the one hand, the figures are encouraging, on the other hand, the plans were higher.

Behind the success is the work of the workers

The director of the KSUP "Voronetsky" notes that behind the success of the farm is the work of the workers. Today the staff is fully staffed.

– When I was applying for the director’s position, I wanted to do a lot, – Yuri Eremich admits. – But what can you do without people? We have 427 people. The director can unite them, direct them, pay them salaries, provide assistance. And many see that we are on the right path, that there are improvements in life. When I came, there was almost no vehicle fleet. In two and a half years, we took about 90 units of self-propelled and trailer equipment. Thanks to the state for giving us the opportunity to take it at 2% for 7 years.

Young specialists are also actively attracted here. The director of KSUP Voronetsky says:

– I personally went to the Grodno State Agrarian University, contacted the Belarusian State Agricultural Academy in Gorki, colleges in Volkovysk and Zhirovitsy, so that they would send young specialists.
 
Yuri Kazimirovich says that once a quarter he gathers young employees in his office, treats them to tea,coffee , sweets – he talks. Any issues are discussed.

– The company has created conditions for quality work: decent wages, additional social benefits, – the director of the farm lists. – Every month we give everyone who works and does not violate labor discipline, food products for 160 rubles in the stores of the company.

It is cheaper than in the city, and the quality is not inferior. We do not forget about pensioners. The manager must live the life of the farm, delve into the details. On weekdays and every Saturday morning I go to one of the farms. There can be two or three such trips a week. It is one thing what specialists say, another thing - ordinary people. You need to be able to find the key to everyone.
We were convinced of the truth of the director's words during our visit to the dairy farm "Volotyn 777". The animals here are inspected, the workers work with dedication.

– 777 means that there are exactly that many dairy cows on the farm, – explains veterinarian Natalya Krupa. – We work very well: all the conditions have been created, and the team is friendly. At the moment, we get an average of 23 kg of milk per cow per day. Compared to last year, this figure has grown significantly. What is the secret? We are improving the feed base, working on improving the processes.

At the Volotyn 777 dairy farm, there are two milk production workshops, premises for pregnant cows, heifers and young animals. There are dozens of calves in individual boxes. The heifers will give their first milk in two years , and the bulls will be fattened. They all have ear tags. A special computer system tracks which animals need to undergo an ultrasound scan, and which have three weeks left before calving.

The agro-town is getting prettier
 
– We are creating conditions not only for work, but also for rest, – says the director of the farm. – We have laid out a beautiful park so that there is a place to come and rest, sit by the fountain, which lights up in the evening. Today, the park hosts various events – from school to district ones.

Thus, this year Bolshiye Eysmonty hosted the district "Dazhynki".

- When the chairman of the Berestovitsky district executive committee Dmitry Kadrgulov suggested holding them here, I did not doubt his choice for a minute. Although I knew that it would be very difficult, because it was necessary to polish some details, - says Yuri Eremich. - Everything was held at a high level. Each farm decorated its farmstead for "Dazhynki". Free tastings of products from the Grodno and Volkovysk meat-packing plants, OJSC Molochny Mir from Grodno, OJSC Bellakt from Volkovysk were held.

The festival attracted a huge number of guests not only from the district and the region, but also from Grodno, and received the highest marks.

- It is important to preserve beauty, - summed up Yuri Eremich. - If everyone takes care of it and protects the place where they live, the quality of life will improve,and we will be able to leave a worthy legacy for our children.
