Ice cream production from Slutsk milk to be launched in China

November 16, MINSK . Ice cream production from ingredients of Slutsk MILK processors will be launched in CHINA, a BELTA correspondent was told at the Slutsk CHEESE FACTORY.

Slutsk producers have had economic ties with China for at least five years. The share of deliveries to China from the total volume of the plant's exports is at least 11%, and the Chinese market ranks second after the Russian market in terms of supply volumes. Dry milk (both whole and skim) and various types of whey are in demand. The Slutsk enterprise recently signed a contract for the supply of packaged dry milk products.

As a result, an agreement was signed between Slutsk milk processors and Chinese partners on joint production. According to the document, an ice cream production facility will be built in China . Ingredients for it are planned to be supplied from the Minsk region. It is not yet known how many types of ice cream will be produced at the new production site, but the line will be formed taking into account the taste preferences of local consumers.
