The country is in the top five in terms of per capita grain production - 935 kg.
it ranks 5th in the CIS in terms of rye production per capita, 10th in buckwheat production, 11th in potato production, and 14th in sugar beet production.

milk and dairy products - 244 kg,
eggs - 268 pcs.,
potatoes and potato products - 174 kg,
vegetables, melons and products of their processing - 152 kg,
fruits, berries and products of their processing - 98 kg.

milk and dairy products - 247 kg,

The share of the sale of Belarusian food in the retail turnover of trade organizations in the first half of 2021:
eggs - 100%,
butter - 99.9%,
meat and meat products - 99.8%,
sugar and sweeteners - 99.4%,
FLOUR - 94.9%,
cheeses - 91.6%,
potatoes - 89.8%.
In January - August 2021, food products were delivered abroad in the amount of $3,178.2 million, which amounted to 108.4% compared to the same period in 2020.
The geography of Belarusian food supplies according to the results of 8 months of 2021 includes 86 countries of the world. Food products were the most in demand among the CIS countries. The main trading partners were: the Russian Federation - 78.2% of total exports, Kazakhstan - 5.1% and Ukraine - 3.8%.
