For many years, the enterprise has been one of the flagships of agriculture not only in the Dzerzhinsky district, but also in the MINSK region. Today, grain, leguminous crops, corn and rapeseed are grown here, and dairy and beef cattle are raised.
Seventeen years of work
In October of this year, the Pravda-Agro branch of OJSC Agrokombinat Dzerzhinsky will celebrate its 17th birthday. An excellent reason not only to sum up the results, but also to outline plans for the future. The farm includes 24 settlements, and the central estate is located in the village of Boroviki, Dzerzhinsky district - 15 kilometers from the nearest railway station, Fanipol. On the one hand, the proximity to the capital plays a role in the development of the branch. On the other hand, assistance from OJSC Agrokombinat Dzerzhinsky in improving the territory of grain drying complexes and dairy farms, in the purchase of equipment, foreign-bred seeds and plant protection products, which allows achieving high yields.  The branch, in turn, supplies OJSC Agrokombinat Dzerzhinsky with grain for bird feed. Thus, in 2023, 2618 tons of wheat, 2408 tons of triticale, 635 tons of corn grain and 515 tons of rapeseed oil were shipped. Caring for the harvest The area of ​​agricultural land of the branch in 2024 is 5258 hectares, of which arable land is 4507 hectares. The land score is 35.6, arable land is 35-36.6. There is a private garden, spread over 87 hectares. In 2023, the gross APPLE harvest amounted to 775 tons, but this area, the farm notes, is not the main activity.  The activities of the Pravda-Agro branch are focused primarily on the production of MILK and MEAT, as well as crop production. it grows grain and legumes, rapeseed. For the forage base - corn for silage, green fodder, annual and perennial grasses, and other crops. The yield of grain and leguminous crops in 2023 in bunker weight was 87.2 c/ha, corn grain - 115.6 c/ha, rapeseed - 67.0 c/ha. Advanced technologies The farm admits that the yield in 2023 was lower than in 2022 due to the cold spring and dry summer. However, many farms in Belarus faced difficult weather conditions a year ago. 











But the difficulties did not prevent the Pravda-Agro branch of OJSC Agrokombinat Dzerzhinsky from taking third place among agricultural organizations of the Minsk region last year based on the results of the annual regional competition for achieving high results in harvesting grain and leguminous crops. By the way, among the chief agronomists of agricultural organizations working for at least three years, the first prize in the regional competition was taken by the HEAD of the plant growing shop of the Pravda-Agro branch Sergey Vasiliev for the second year in a row.

To increase the yield, the farm uses advanced crop cultivation systems and strictly adheres to technologies: selection of varieties, seeding rates, application of fertilizers and plant protection products. The high level of training of specialists and the dedicated work of machine operators and drivers help in their work. Without them, it would be impossible to talk about high indicators.
Priority - winter
crops The Pravda-Agro branch of OJSC Agrokombinat Dzerzhinsky has been giving preference to sowing for 10 yearswinter crops . Their yield, for obvious reasons, is much higher. Therefore, in the grain wedge, the area of ​​winter crops occupies more than 80%. A number of special measures are also carried out to increase fertility. Thus, organic fertilizers are annually applied to 90% of the area to compensate for the removal of cultivated crops, acidic soils are limed.

The farm uses a full cycle of soil cultivation: autumn plowing, cultivation, deep loosening ... In remote fields, green manure is sown, in addition, legumes are included in the sowing structure every year.
The process of crop processing is also competently structured. Today, the farm has two grain drying complexes: M-819 and ZSK-40Sh. Threshed grain, rapeseed, corn are mainly processed on these two complexes. In addition, it is possible to help other branches in processing corn grain.

The Pravda-Agro branch of OJSC Agrokombinat Dzerzhinsky is constantly modernizing production facilities, as well as building new, more modern ones, and improving technologies for the production of silage and haylage.

In 2024, the company purchased four MTZ tractors. In April, it acquired a Belarus-3522 tractor, which is already being used for pre-sowing soil cultivation with the KShP-10 cultivator manufactured by Amkodor. Along with the Belarus-3522 tractor, the farm also uses the APM-10 cultivator from Amkodor to prepare the soil for sowing spring crops, grasses, and corn.

Thousands of heads
The farm has four dairy complexes equipped with milking parlors. The dairy herd numbers 2,100 heads. Preference is given to the Holstein breed here. The total number of cattle at the beginning of this year was 6,825.

It is clear that milk production indicators in the Pravda-Agro branch of OJSC Agrokombinat Dzerzhinsky are impressive. Last year, they amounted to 18,718 tons, or 102.9% of the 2022 level. Milk yield per cow is 9280 kg.
In the first quarter of 2024, 4688.5 tons of milk have already been produced, which is 106.7% of the same period in 2023. Milk yield per cow is 2224 kg, or 101.5%. The farm notes: judging by the indicators of the first three months of 2024, the milk yield by the end of the year will be higher than in 2023. Attention to important issues Agriculture is confidently moving forward. Caring for cattle, work on the land today require a high level of qualification and skills from specialists. The enterprise is constantly working with personnel - training, improving knowledge, studying best practices, mastering new technologies. According to the collective agreement, the farm pays workers financial assistance for vacations, Independence Day of the Republic of Belarus , New Year,Day of workers of agriculture and processing industry of the agro-industrial complex and other holidays.






In order to rationally use the time of those engaged in sowing, harvesting, and forage preparation, and to increase their material incentives, hot meals are organized .
The farm notes that the wages at the Pravda-Agro branch of OJSC Agrokombinat Dzerzhinsky are decent, major repairs of residential buildings are being carried out, a dormitory is in operation, and the construction of a 24-apartment building for the branch employees is planned. This means that people work selflessly and achieve the intended results.
