Introducing the winners of the "Industry Leaders - 2025" competition in the "Enterprise of the Year" category.

Following the results of the 1st and 2nd professional competition "Industry Leaders of the Republic of Belarus - 2025", a number of industrial enterprises in such sectors as mechanical engineering, light industry, electronics, and others were awarded the highest awards.

We present the winners in the "Enterprise of the Year" category, as well as the winner of the competition's highest award, the Grand Prix.

The Republican Unitary Enterprise "Belarusian Nuclear Power Plant" was recognized as the winner of the Grand Prix for its significant contribution to the development of the country's economy.

Grodno Plant of Commercial Engineering 

First degree diploma in the category "Mechanical engineering".

Grodtorgmash LLC is the only manufacturer of industrial dishwashers in Belarus, specializing in the production of process equipment and spare parts.

The plant produces more than 150 types and more than 3000 items of stainless steel products.

JSC "Vitebsk Carpets"

First degree diploma in the category "Light Industry".     

JSC "Vitebsk Carpets" is a modern, high-tech company capable of competing with recognized global leaders in the carpet industry. An additional advantage is the availability of two technologies.

The company produces over 16 million square meters of carpets and rugs, with over 90% of its output exported to 10 countries.

SP "Santa Bremor" LLC (BREMOR Company)

First-degree diploma in the category "Food and processing industry".

BREMOR is one of the largest multi-category food producers in Eastern Europe. it is part of the SANTA Group.

Produces over 1,000 food products in 12 categories: from semi-finished dough products and ice cream to fish, seafood, and salads. The company's portfolio includes over 10 brands.

UP "Vitebskoblgaz" branch of agricultural enterprise "Mazolovogaz"

Second degree diploma in the category "Food and processing industry".  

The extruded grain production plant at the Mazolovogaz agricultural enterprise branch was commissioned with the aim of producing high-quality extruded products.

With the introduction of extruded grain into the dairy herd's diet, MILK production per cow in 2024 increased by 1-1.5 liters compared to the same period in 2023.

JSC Gomel Chemical Plant

First degree diploma in the category "Chemical industry".

The company produces more than 40 brands of nitrogen-phosphorus-potassium and nitrogen-phosphorus fertilizers with a wide range of micro- and macroelements.

Supplies products to Belarus, the Russian Federation, Turkey, Moldova, and the European Union.

RUE "Belmedpreparaty"

First-degree diploma in the category "Pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry".

The company produces approximately 300 medications across more than 20 pharmacotherapeutic groups. More than 70% of these medications are included in the National Formulary. The company holds approximately 200 trademarks and approximately 20 active patents.

State Enterprise "Konus" RUE "Scientific and Practical Center of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus for Agricultural Mechanization"

First degree diploma in the category "Manufacturing industry".

The company offers high-quality hot-dip galvanizing services for various metal structures, pipes, tanks, fasteners, and small-sized parts using the hot-dip galvanizing method, as well as the application of anti-corrosion coatings using the thermodiffusion galvanizing method.

JSC "INTEGRAL" is the management company of the holding "INTEGRAL"

First-degree diploma in the category "Electronics Industry".

The company has been awarded the State Quality Mark, an honorary state award. The award was given for the production of the K1242EP1BP (IL431AM-1) adjustable zener diode microcircuit with protection against static electricity (ADBK.431420.842TU ) .

OJSC "Belsolod"

First-degree diploma in the category "Food and processing industry".

OJSC Belsolod is the only producer of brewing malt in Belarus and one of the largest in Eastern Europe.

In 2023, the company commissioned a waste granulation plant, and in 2024, it began producing pelleted feed products.

JSC "Invet"

First degree diploma in the category "Chemical industry".

The company is a leading manufacturer of polymer products in Belarus.

The fifth rotational molding line was commissioned in 2022. Thanks to the large sintering chamber on this line, the company can produce seamless plastic containers with a capacity of over 8 cubic meters and other large-sized products.

ChUP "Vitstroytekhmash"

First degree diploma in the category "Mechanical engineering".

ChUP "Vitstroytekhmash" is a leading Belarusian enterprise producing lifting and transport equipment.

The share of innovative products in total production volume is at least 90%. Three to five prototypes of new technology are developed annually.

Almost 80% of manufactured products are exported.

OJSC "Lida Dairy and Canning Plant"

First-degree diploma in the category "Food and processing industry".

The company produces more than 150 types of dairy products. The plant processes up to 600 tons of milk per day and 20 tons of dry milk products per day.

In 2024, the company exported products to more than 27 countries (80% to the Russian Federation).

OJSC "Mogilev Meat-Processing Plant"

Second degree diploma in the category "Food and processing industry".

The range of sausages, pork, beef and poultry products produced by the MEAT processing plant includes approximately 400 items (278 sausages and 120 semi-finished products).

The company exports products to the Russian Federation, CHINA , Azerbaijan , Kazakhstan and others.

OJSC "Glubokskiy Dairy Canning Plant"

Second degree diploma in the category "Food and processing industry".

The company is the largest producer of canned milk in Belarus. It can process up to 650 tons of milk per day. Its product range includes approximately 80 items.   

By the end of 2024, exports accounted for 65% of the total volume of products sold, and the geography covered 16 countries.

JSC Rogoznitsky Starch Plant

Second degree diploma in the category "Food and processing industry".

The production facilities produce up to 9,000 tons of premium and extra-grade starch, which is used in the pharmaceutical industry.

Half of the exports go to the Russian Federation, the remaining products are sent to countries in Europe, Central Asia, and the CIS.

OJSC "GORODEYSKY SUGAR REFINERY"

Second degree diploma in the category "Food and processing industry".

The company produces a wide range of products, including crystal sugar , pressed sugar, and fruit and vegetable products.

Products are exported to more than 17 countries - the Russian Federation, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan , etc.

JSC "INTEGRAL" is the management company of the holding "INTEGRAL"

First-degree diploma in the category "Electronics Industry".

JSC INTEGRAL is an export-oriented organization, with approximately 90% of its products exported.

The main consumers of the organization's products are companies from the Russian Federation, China , SOUTH KOREA, India and others.

Grodno Mechanical Plant OJSC

First degree diploma in the category "Automotive engineering".

The company produces special-purpose vehicles based on various chassis, trailers and semi-trailers.

In 2023 and 2024, all export deliveries were made to the Russian Federation.

The share of export deliveries in total revenue in 2024 amounted to 78.3%.

LLC "Production Association "Energokomplekt"

First-degree diploma in the category "Electrical Industry".

The range of manufactured cable and wire products exceeds 100 thousand macro-sizes.

The company supplies cable and wire products to more than 30 countries.

Belarusian Cement Plant LLC

First-degree diploma in the category "Building materials and products industry".

The company is part of the Belarusian Cement Company holding and is one of the largest manufacturers of construction products.

Since 2022, all cement exports have been redirected to the Russian Federation. More than 60% of the company's cement output is exported.

RUE "Belmedpreparaty"

First-degree diploma in the category "Pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry".

In 2024, exports accounted for 45.7% of the company's total production. Products are exported to 20 countries: the Russian Federation (78.7%), the CIS countries, Vietnam , and others.
