Photo from September 2, Mogilev. Availability of equipment, seeds, and fertilizers, and the personal commitment of local leadership – Mogilev Regional Executive Committee Chairman Anatoly Isachenko outlined the conditions for successful agricultural work during a meeting with representatives of the region's industrial enterprises that manage agricultural organizations in trust, BELTA reports.

Dmitry Krutoy, HEAD of the Presidential Administration and Presidential Authorized Representative in the Mogilev Region, and Sergei Nalivaiko, Presidential Aide and Inspector for the Mogilev Region, participated in the meeting. The main topic of discussion was the performance of agricultural enterprises whose shares are managed in trust by industrial organizations and their branches in the Mogilev Region for the first half of this year.

"Currently, there are 23 agricultural organizations operating in the region, which are part of or under the trust management of 17 industrial enterprises and branches of industrial enterprises. These agricultural organizations account for a fifth of the region's MILK production, and their share of the region's cattle population is 20%," he noted. "Systematic work has been established with the regional executive committee, both methodological and practical. Where necessary, all kinds of assistance are provided: fertilizers, increasing land area, building new MTCs, or expanding existing ones."

At the same time, the chairman of the Mogilev Regional Executive Committee noted, the results of each organization's work vary. This is influenced not only by external factors but also by their attitude toward working the land. And the heads of industrial enterprises, which include agricultural organizations, must remember that the countryside today is their foundation. "Availability of equipment, seeds, and fertilizers, as well as the personal commitment of local management—these are the prerequisites for successful work. Everything necessary is available, and complacency is unacceptable," he emphasized.
