Sergei Bartosh is convinced that the domestic agro-industrial complex has significant potential for increasing production volumes and improving its quality. "This is not the level of production that should be. We have a much higher (potential. - Approx. BelTA)", - he is sure. Priority attention, according to him, should be given to the livestock sector and in the next five years to complete the task of completing the construction of dairy complexes and transferring livestock to keeping in such conditions. On special control will be the improvement of the quality of MILK produced and the reduction of costs. It is also necessary to actively develop crop production, which will provide livestock with a sufficient fodder base.

"It's not a secret for anyone that today agriculture makes it possible for all sectors to work," Sergey Bartosh emphasized. Developing this statement, he explained that it is the agro-industrial complex that provides raw materials for the country's processing industry, purchases agricultural equipment from domestic manufacturers, thereby giving impetus to the development of engineering, uses potash fertilizers, facilitating the sales of the potash plant. "The success of everything in the republic as a whole depends on the success of agriculture," the head of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food concluded.
