At the exhibition of achievements and the most significant results of scientific, technical and innovative activities, dedicated to the 100th anniversary of Belarusian academic science and the Day of Belarusian Science, organizations of the National Academy of Sciences will present about 200 developments and technologies. In total, scientists and researchers will demonstrate about 400 new innovative and scientific developments, BelTA learned from the press service of the National Academy of Sciences.
The exhibits will be presented at three sites (an open area in front of the Presidium building, the foyer of the 1st and 2nd floors and the permanent exhibition of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus "Achievements of National Science for Production" - the right wing of the 1st floor).
Many developments of academic scientists will be shown at the National Academy of Sciences for the first time. Thus, the Research and Production Center for Multifunctional Unmanned Complexes of the National Academy of Sciences will demonstrate a life-size unmanned aerial vehicle Burevestnik. It is designed for video monitoring of terrain and objects, tracking moving objects from an unmanned aerial vehicle with the ability to determine their coordinates and transmit the received video information via radio to a ground control station and other remote consumers in real time. It was originally developed for the Ministry of Emergency Situations in order to detect fires, floods and other emergencies. The Institute of General and Inorganic Chemistry of the National Academy of Sciences will present "liquid gloves" - a special antiseptic gel with ethyl alcohol, which has a high antimicrobial activity.

At the exhibition, one can see the joint developments of scientists from different ministries and enterprises. Among them is an experimental sample of the MAZ-4381EE electric truck. It was created at OJSC MAZ using components of the power plant and exterior parts of the electric vehicle developed and manufactured by the Joint Institute of Mechanical Engineering of the National Academy of Sciences. The work was carried out within the framework of the subprogram "Automotive and tractor combine building" of the SSTP "Innovative mechanical engineering and machine-building technologies". During the implementation of this project, the institute developed and delivered to the plant an electric motor with a high-speed gearbox, an energy storage device (traction battery), power and control electronics, including all systems and algorithms for controlling the electric motor, power and control electronics, including the charge/discharge system of the electric truck energy storage, and the software that ensures the implementation of these algorithms, as well as the original exterior details (central and side panels of the cab, lining lining, door and bumper panels) that form the modern look of the car. The electric truck is designed to transport goods up to 4.5 tons over a distance of up to 200 km without recharging (urban and suburban routes). From 10.00 an exhibition of achievements and the most significant results of the scientific, technical and innovative activities of Belarus will be launched. Organizations of the National Academy of Sciences, the Ministry of Communications, the Ministry of Natural Resources, the Ministry of Industry, the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food, the State Committee for Science and Technology and the State Committee for Military Industry will show their results at the exhibition.
