Minsk region will be represented by two manufacturers at the exhibition in Shanghai

October 25, MINSK . At the 6th CHINA International Import Exhibition, which will be held on November 5-10 in Shanghai, the Minsk region will be represented by two dairy producers. A BELTA correspondent was told about this in the Economics Committee of the Minsk Regional Executive Committee.

Thus, Minsk Dairy Plant No. 1 will bring to Shanghai not only MILK powder , but also new cheeses with chanterelles and truffles, and cheese for making burgers. The range of products that the manufacturer will introduce to potential Chinese consumers will also include milk for baby food, cream and frozen cheese curds. People in China are already familiar with certain products of this manufacturer: the plant supplies skimmed milk powder and whey, casein and sterilized milk to the Celestial Empire.

The second participant of the exhibition in Shanghai from the Minsk region will be the Slutsk cheese-making plant . He is preparing a line of lactose-free dairy products, dry and whole milk products for the exhibition.

More than 30 companies will present their line of Belarusian food products in the Food and Agricultural Products pavilion. The pavilion will host tastings, including tastings of milk powder sweets.

The Belarusian pavilion will be decorated in the style of the Bolshoi Theater of Belarus. Opera artists and musicians from the Bolshoi Theater will perform here. The stage will also be used as a podium to showcase fur products and fashion designer collections.
