Maria Klimova Topic news January 10, MINSK . More than 130 Belarusian food enterprises are certified for the Chinese market . Maria Klimova, Deputy HEAD of the Main Directorate of Processing Industry of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food, spoke about this in the BELTA project.

Every market in the world has its own certification, said Maria Klimova. “All our products are made from natural domestic raw materials. We do not import them in order to produce any products - this is the most important principle of our naturalness and high quality. Plus modern technologies. This gives a guarantee to inspectors who come from other countries to certify our enterprises," the specialist noted.

According to her, the most difficult certifications in the world are for the markets of CHINA and the European Union. “We must pay tribute, almost all of our dairy processing plants and MEAT processing plants have passed these tests. We have certified more than 130 enterprises for the Chinese market, which says a lot,” said Maria Klimova.

This year, certification of enterprises continued, including product ranges. “Our enterprises are certified for the European Union market, even if we do not supply products there, or supply very little. If other countries know that we are certified in China and the EU , this guarantees that we have all the most advanced quality and product safety systems - iso , HACCP and others,” said the specialist.

it is very important to adapt our GOST standards to international standards, because this is not yet a guarantee of certification in foreign markets, but a solid foundation, says economic analyst Georgy Grits.

The project was created using targeted funds for the production of national content.
