Topic news The working schedule of the President of Belarus is always very eventful. Alexander Lukashenko holds conferences and working meetings on the most pressing issues of the country's development, regularly visits the regions, makes foreign visits and receives foreign guests himself, communicates with journalists, signs decrees and laws. And even when there are no public events, this does not mean that the HEAD of state is not working. However, even during his rest, be it hockey training or chopping wood, Alexander Lukashenko will occasionally find a reason for another order. As he likes to say, one must follow life in everything.
The "President's Week" project is for those who want to keep up with the head of state, to be aware of the most relevant statements and decisions of the Belarusian leader.

The head of state began the working week with agricultural issues. The first facility he visited was quite unusual - a goat farm . Breeding of pedigree goats began near Mogilev several years ago. This is a new business for the country, but, experts say, it is very promising. Therefore, Alexander Lukashenko, first of all, must get going faster and work for the result, because in this case it is real money . Then the President with the state of affairs at the Zarya agro-industrial complex.

Next on the schedule was the international arts festival "Slavic Bazaar in Vitebsk", which is traditional for mid-summer. As Alexander Lukashenko emphasized, this is a whole world of bright emotions and unforgettable impressions. And this is also big politics, because the cultural forum in these difficult times brings together representatives of dozens of countries, remaining an island of spiritual unity, warmth and light.

At the end of the week, Alexander Lukashenko spoke with the Minister of Emergency Situations Vadim Sinyavsky about the elimination of the consequences of the elements in the country. It was instructed to resolve issues related to the restoration of normal life in the affected regions as quickly as possible in cooperation with other departments.

Another report was made by the Head of the Presidential Property Management Department Yuri Nazarov. The discussion focused on the progress of work at facilities in the Shklov district, which Alexander Lukashenko had previously visited during his working trip. The head of state said that everything was going according to schedule, but he also personally inspected the situation from a helicopter.

On working Saturday, the head of state met at the Independence Palace with Moldovan politician and former president Igor Dodon, who currently holds the post of Chairman of the Party of Socialists of the Republic of Moldova (PSRM). Alexander Lukashenko said that despite the policy of the current Moldovan authorities, he is always ready to restore the lost scale of cooperation with Moldova and recalled that good seeds had been sown in this regard earlier.

During the week, Alexander Lukashenko signed an agreement to grant Belarusian citizenship to 245 people. The new citizens of Belarus were persons who arrived from 16 countries: Ukraine, RUSSIA, Moldova, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Latvia, Egypt, Iran, Lebanon, Syria, etc.

Another important document is the one signed by the President, which provides for administrative liability of suppliers and retail chains for failure to fulfill obligations to supply fruit and vegetable products.

The Presidential Sports Club celebrated its twentieth anniversary this week. The head of state congratulated the staff of the association on this date, emphasizing that it is rightfully a significant part of the country's physical education and sports movement.

Another significant date - 70 years since the founding of the Children's Railway - also became a reason for the head of state. Alexander Lukashenko emphasized that this is not just a smaller copy of the "Belarusian Railway", but one of the country's tourist brands, popular with MINSK residents and guests of the capital.

The anniversary was celebrated by the People's Teacher of Belarus Valery Barashkov. The presidential letter emphasizes the teacher's invaluable contribution to the development of the national education system.

Happy professional holiday to Alexander Lukashenko workers and veterans of tax authorities.

Foreigncongratulations during the week were sent to and.

GOAT QUESTION. What process did Lukashenko order to intensify in Belarus? On July 8,
the President of Belarus
made a working visit to the Mogilev region. One of the main topics was the breeding of pedigree goats in Belarus, which has been done for several years at the Mogilev state breeding enterprise. Until recently, goat breeding in the country was almost exclusively the lot of the population and farmers. This is confirmed by statistics - the total number of goats in all categories of farms is 48 thousand heads. Of these, 93% are kept in households, another 2% - in peasant farms, and the remaining 5% - in agricultural organizations. Now the state has decided to take a position in this area, for which there are two main reasons. Firstly, we are talking about pedigree goat breeding, which is necessary to increase and ensure the quality of the livestock not only within the country, but also for the supply of goats for EXPORT . Secondly, goat MILK and MEAT , products made from them, are still an underdeveloped segment of the food market, which also has decent export potential.
The head of state asked officials and specialists specific questions: is the product in demand? what is the profitability? how quickly can the livestock be increased?

The President was informed that there is a good demand for breeding goats not only in Belarus, but also abroad. There have already been sales to Uzbekistan , there are applications from Russia. In 2024 , 45 individuals were sold from the farm, this year - 174. The average price is Br1.5 thousand. The profitability of the farm is about 25%.

Taking this into account, Alexander Lukashenko noted that so far the work is "neither here nor there" and demanded to get going faster, developing goat breeding in large farms across the country. "Why not do this? Demand is growing, including in Russia. Why not intensify the process?" the President emphasized. - This is a good thing, promising, there is demand."
According to experts, in principle, everything necessary is available and one of the possible measures is the purchase of additional goats for further breeding.

The head of state instructed to double the current figures by mid-2026 while maintaining challenging growth targets for the future. "There should be a doubling as long as there is demand. And to go around and beg for money with an outstretched hand... Here they are, real money," the President said. "We must go to the maximum. If there is a moment to earn money, we must earn it, occupy the market."
Alexander Lukashenko emphasized that this applies not only to goat breeding, but also to other areas of agriculture: "We don't give a damn about agriculture - we revel in the fact that we have enough of everything and we sell almost $7 billion (for export. - BELTA note). But there is no further progress. That's how it is here. Things will not go on like this, that we are neither here nor there."
Alexander Lukashenko tastedgoat milk and cheeses , as well as goat meat, highly appreciating the taste qualities, and also noting the benefits of goat products. "Nutrition is primarily psychology. If you do not know that it is healthy, then it will take a long time to get used to it, you need to agitate. You need to "get" into a person's head with this cheese and prove to him that it is very healthy," he said.

On the farm, the head of state has two goats - Saanen and Alpine breeds.
Near Mogilev, Alexander Lukashenko also with the state of affairs at the Zarya agro-industrial complex. The farm is large and strong, with its own dairy complexes, poultry farming, pig farming, processing and retail outlets in the region. It is also successfully engaged in the cultivation of various agricultural crops. The President discussed all this in detail with the general DIRECTOR of the agro-industrial complex Ekaterina Zarovskaya.
She said that the profit is directed to the development of production, updating equipment. The average profitability of the farm is 6.6%, and in processing - about 12-13%.
The discussion of the financial and economic activities of the agro-industrial complex took place in a field with winter barley. The yield here is quite high - more than 60 c/ha. The head of state has been paying special attention to this agricultural crop in the past few years. Largely due to the fact that winter barley is harvested earlier than other grain crops. This allows for the prompt production of feed for livestock and more uniform use of equipment before mass harvesting. Although the crop is capricious, but if the technology is followed, you can count on a good result. And this practice justifies itself, as evidenced by the experience of the Zarya agro-industrial complex. "A very good result," the head of the enterprise confirmed.

Alexander Lukashenko drew attention to the fact that such farms that work effectively and do not have debts to the state and banks need additional support in the implementation of certain projects.
"This is a good business. It cannot be ruined. Be careful not to stumble anywhere. You are doing well in relation to others," said Alexander Lukashenko, addressing Ekaterina Zarovskaya.

WORLD OF BRIGHT EMOTIONS. Why the "Slavic Bazaar" is big politics, and whom the President called on to "protect their heads"
On the evening of July 10, Alexander Lukashenko took part in the ceremony of the ceremonial XXXIV International Arts Festival "Slavic Bazaar in Vitebsk". This event is always awaited not only by residents of Vitebsk and all of Belarus, but also by artists and their fans from different countries. Separately, the head of state addressed the Belarusians, Russians and Ukrainians - the peoples thanks to whom the "Slavic Bazaar in Vitebsk" was created and exists.
"Our "Slavic Bazaar" is a whole world of vivid emotions and unforgettable impressions. Here every time we meet famous artists and true masters of the arts. Here, from year to year, new stars are born, as we say," the Belarusian leader emphasized.
According to him, the "Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk" has long gone beyond the framework of Slavic brotherhood, and the cultural capital of Belarus has become a creative homeland for many artists. And for more than 30 years, despite any cataclysms, the festival has been an island of spiritual unity, warmth and light. "Every year there is an atmosphere of friendship and respect. This is the essence of our entire policy. They say that the "Slavianski Bazaar" is beyond politics. No. This is the most important policy. These are the origins of the policy that we, the heads of state (not only Slavic, as we already see, peoples), will implement. This is where it all begins. Therefore, this is big politics. Without xenophobia, without any prejudices. Honestly and openly," the President noted.
Alexander Lukashenko also noted that now is the time of global changes and no one knows what the world will be like tomorrow. But in this whirlpool, all countries and peoples must preserve their identity, culture and traditions. "It is you - talented people - who are at the origins of any economy and political events. This is the essence of creation, the path to a fair, safe future for all of us," the head of state is confident.
He recalled that this year marks the 80th anniversary of the Great Victory. That war not only took the lives of millions, but also caused enormous damage to the Belarusian cultural heritage. Many relics, such as the cross of Euphrosyne of Polotsk, have not been found to this day, and only a small part of the removed valuables have returned to the country. It was a real desire to destroy the people's heritage, to deprive it of its foundation. In this regard, Alexander Lukashenko called on everyone to cherish historical memory and traditions. "Your and our future is in them. The future of your countries, the whole world, beautiful in its cultural diversity," the President emphasized.
The head of state solemnly presented the main award of the XXIII International Children's Music Competition. The Grand Prix was won by Belarusian Amalia Sukhan.
Along with young performers, the festival traditionally honored the masters of the stage. This year, Alexander Lukashenko presented a special "Through Art - to Peace and Mutual Understanding" to People's Artist of Russia, composer and musician Yuri Antonov.
The President first of all wished all the participants and guests of the festival a peaceful sky, and outside the protocol he called on them to always be optimistic and away from destructive influence from outside.
"Keep your head in your own hands. Now there is a struggle for the minds and heads of our people. As soon as someone takes your head, everything will be decided with us. No drones, no missiles, no military actions can be successful if there is victory in our head, like those people had 80 years ago. If we are loyal, if we are friends with our head, as people say, if we value what we have, we are not afraid of anything. Therefore, take care of your heads! Especially your children. And HEALTH to you! We will buy everything else," said Alexander Lukashenko.

OPERATIVE REPORTS. What Lukashenko discussed with the heads of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and the Presidential Property Management Department
Alexander Lukashenko on Friday, July 11, heard telephone reports from the Minister of Emergency Situations Vadim Sinyavsky and the Head of the Property Management Department of the President of Belarus Yuri Nazarov. The topics are different, but they are united by the President's attention, which he pays to both operational issues and tasks that will have to be implemented over the long term (although no less quickly).

Vadim Sinyavsky reported in detail and at length on the elimination of the consequences of the disaster in the country.
By the way, this week Alexander Lukashenko very insistently reminded officials about the task of eliminating shortcomings in clearing and using fallen timber. "So that by September 1 there is not a single log lying on the edge of the forest in the country," - the head of state.

However, nature has thrown up new work in places not only in the forest, but also in the need to restore infrastructure, to help people to establish their lives again. And it is unlikely that one should count on indulgences from the President in this regard. The elements do not cancel the task, but only actualize and strengthen it.
The President, having heard the report of the head of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, instructed, in cooperation with the ministries of energy, housing and communal services, and other interested parties, to promptly resolve issues related to the restoration of normal life in the affected regions. First of all, this concerns the restoration of electricity supply. In addition, the task was set to focus efforts on the prompt elimination of the consequences in forestry and households, ensuring, where necessary, compensation to citizens for property damage.
In turn, Yuri Nazarov reported on the progress of work at facilities in the Shklov district: agroservice, a dairy plant, and a feed mill. Alexander Lukashenko first flew over and looked at everything from a helicopter, and then listened to the report.
"In principle, the President was pleased with the report. Because we are on schedule and on time, as promised," the Presidential Property Management Manager told journalists following the report.
Earlier, during a working visit to Shklov, Alexander Lukashenko set the task of making both individual facilities and the district as a whole exemplary. The choice fell on this district because the head of state has personally known the situation in this territory and for each individual enterprise or facility for many years. The task is to create a model for replication on a national scale. "We constantly say that Belarus will develop at the expense of the regions," the President emphasized while in Shklov.
The Presidential Property Management Department, together with local authorities, is working on the restoration and development of a number of basic organizations in the district, the presence and effective operation of which Alexander Lukashenko demands to be ensured in virtually every district. For example, the regional executive committee is responsible for such organizations as agricultural chemistry and construction PMK. The latter is involved in the reconstruction of the feed mill.
During the President's visit to the agroservice site in Shklov, April 2025 GOOD SEEDS. With which country is the President ready to restore lost cooperation?
On July 12, Alexander Lukashenko met with Moldovan politician and former president Igor Dodon, who currently holds the post of chairman of the Party of Socialists of the Republic of Moldova (PSRM). The meeting at the Palace of Independence was preceded by a ceremony of a memorandum of cooperation between the Belarusian party "Belaya Rus" and the PSRM, which took place at the site of the Museum of the History of the Great Patriotic War.
"Alive!" - the head of state greeted Igor Dodon in his office.

"They won't wait! - answered the Moldovan guest. - Alexander Grigorievich, I am very glad!"
Igor Dodon first of all presented Alexander Lukashenko with a gift, which is also associated with the history of the Great Patriotic War. He recalled that in May, during his visit to Minsk, Russian Defense Minister Andrei Belousov presented Alexander Lukashenko with a set of "Winners' Awards" with life-size copies of Soviet Union awards. This set included only orders, but there were no medals, Igor Dodon noted. Therefore, as a gift, he brought to Minsk a set of medals from the Great Patriotic War.
Moldova and Belarus are indeed linked by a common past, and not only by the Soviet period. Until recently, the countries were quite active in building cooperation when they were already independent states, exchanging visits, including at the highest level. However, the policy of the current Moldovan leadership has brought these efforts to naught. Even under these conditions, Alexander Lukashenko is ready to restore what was lost, if there is interest from the Moldovan side.

"Unfortunately, you are torn away from us by the war. Logistics have become more complicated. But the world is small. There are no hopeless situations. Therefore, if the Moldovan leadership, the people of Moldova have a desire to return to our cooperation and increase it, Igor Nikolaevich, know that you are not a stranger to us there. We are ready, through you, if you agree, to provide assistance, to restore everything that was lost over these years," said Alexander Lukashenko.
He is confident that it is not difficult to restore these relations and recalled how, even during the presidency of Igor Dodon, the heads of state tried to sow good, kind seeds in the cooperation of the two countries. Including in the literal sense, when during Alexander Lukashenko's visit to Chisinau in 2018, the leaders of the countries sowed a field of corn together on Belarusian tractors.
The President asked Igor Dodon how things were going in Moldova, what was going on. Alexander Lukashenko admitted that he was horrified by some of the talk in that country about the alleged loss of independence of Moldova and its inclusion in the neighboring state. "But I don't believe it. Because Moldovans are not stupid people," the President emphasized. "There is no nation that would deprive itself of independence on its own. I hear this, but I don't believe it."

As an experienced politician, the head of the Belarusian state gave Moldova and its leadership . "Don't rush into any unions (referring to the European Union - BELTA note), no one is waiting for you anywhere. You saw how the Europeans loved, for example, Ukraine. As soon as Ukraine wanted to deliver grain via the EU last year, they started blocking it, they didn't let it go. Ukraine couldn't even deliver this grain to Africa. Do you think that Moldovans are expected there and will be given special treatment? It will be exactly the same with your agricultural products, wine and so on and so forth," said Alexander Lukashenko. "Therefore, my advice to you is: value your land, there is no more beautiful corner of the world than Moldova. I have thought so since Soviet times."
Igor Dodon, in turn, noted that he was glad to be in Belarus and have the opportunity to meet with the Belarusian leader. "I would like to assure you right away that Moldovan citizens - not the current government, but Moldovan citizens for the most part consider Belarusians their brothers. According to all polls, Alexander Grigoryevich Lukashenko is in the first lines in support of leaders of other countries within the Republic of Moldova," he said. "We want to return our strategic dialogue, as it was when we were engaged in our bilateral relations."
