September 27, MINSK . Minsk Dairy Plant No. 1, Energokomplekt and Minsk Automobile Plant are taking part in the 8th international exhibition Rebuild Syria, which opened today in Damascus. The Made in Belarus exposition within the framework of the 8th international exhibition Rebuild Syria will continue to operate until October 1. The organizer of the participation of Belarusian companies in the international exhibition Rebuild Syria was the exhibition enterprise "Belinterexpo" of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

On the first day of the exhibition, the Belarusian stand was visited by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to Syria Yuri Sluka, the Minister of Public Works and Housing of Syria Suheil Abdel Latif, representatives of Syrian organizations and heads of Syrian companies. The honored guests highly appreciated the Belarusian products and services presented at the exhibition.

Thus, Minsk Dairy Plant No. 1 presents its range of dairy products to Syrian consumers. The company's product line includes a variety of dairy products: different types of cheeses , MILK powder , butter and glazed cheese curds. Glazed cheese curds and milkshakes, Belarusian-made butter, by the way, are in high demand in this country. On the opening day of the exhibition, the first contracts were already concluded. Minsk Dairy Plant No. 1 signed a contract with a Jordanian company for the supply of its products.

MAZ, which is one of the flagships of the automotive industry in Belarus, offers to get acquainted with the model range of manufactured equipment. The vehicles produced by the plant are designed for a wide range of jobs and are suitable for operation in Syrian conditions.

The Energokomplekt production association, a leading enterprise in Belarus for the production of cable and wire products, brought a wide range of its products to the exhibition and hopes to develop business relations with Syrian companies.

On the eve of the opening of the exhibition, on September 26, a meeting of the Belarusian delegation with the President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Damascus Province Osama Mustafa was held at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Damascus Province. Issues of cooperation were discussed at the event, the high quality of products of Belarusian companies and good potential for promotion in the Syrian market were noted.

Rebuild Syria is a specialized international exhibition event aimed at attracting foreign companies from various industries and fields of activity to participate in projects to restore the Syrian economy by offering their products and services, and establishing business connections with potential Syrian partners.
