MINSK . The Ministry of Agriculture and Food has adjusted the maximum minimum
prices for some goods sold under foreign trade agreements. This is provided for by departmental resolution No. 3 of January 11,
2024 , which was officially published on the National Legal Internet Portal, BELTA reports.
The Resolution of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food "On Establishing Maximum Minimum Prices" adjusted the price minimum for certain goods sold under foreign trade agreements. The list includes 9 items according to the nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union.
In particular, these are cattle carcasses and half-carcasses ,
MILK , cream (condensed or with added
SUGAR),
butter ,
cheeses , etc.
The document establishes maximum minimum prices for goods sold under foreign trade agreements, depending on the sales markets:
RUSSIA ,
EAEU countries (except Russia), CIS countries (except EAEU countries) and Georgia, countries outside the CIS (except Georgia).
The same document invalidates the resolution of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food dated January 3, 2024 No. 1 “On the establishment of maximum minimum prices.”
The resolution comes into force on January 13.
