MINSK . The Ministry of Agriculture and Food has established maximum minimum
prices for some goods sold under foreign trade agreements. Resolution of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food dated January 3,
2024 No. 1 was published on, BELTA reports.
The document establishes maximum minimum prices for goods sold under foreign trade agreements, depending on the sales markets. The list includes 9 items according to the nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union.
In particular, these are cattle carcasses and half-carcasses ,
MILK and cream (condensed or with added
SUGAR),
butter (with a milk fat content of more than 72% and 80% or more),
cheeses (low-fat and low-fat for melting with a fat content of 45% or less, above 45%).
Resolution of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of December 19, 2023 No. 154 “On the establishment of maximum minimum prices” was declared invalid. The document came into force on January 5.
