In particular, this is the modernization of the cottage cheese packaging line and the packaging line for yogurt and dessert products. The company also developed a business plan for an innovative project for the production of new types of MILK powder, including low-temperature and instant milk, which is ideal for the production of cottage cheese and cottage cheese. There are no analogues of such products in Belarus. Andrey Golenkov outlined to Yuri Gorlov the prospects of this innovative project with a payback of eight years. At the same time, these products will allow us to expand EXPORT supplies to the markets of the far arc countries. “We intend to invest in production and move forward,” the general director emphasized. The dialogue discussed the development of the raw material base, the main emphasis of work in the Year of Quality, etc. Milkavita is one of the largest milk processing enterprises in the country, equipped with high-tech equipment. Its production capacity allows it to process a thousand tons of milk per day. The enterprise has its own raw material base. Raw milk comes from more than 40 farms from seven districts of the Gomel region, 125 farms. Milkavita produces a wide range of competitive products. The product portfolio includes more than 150 items, including whole milk products, yoghurts and desserts, butter , cheeses , dry dairy products, etc.
