January 23, MINSK. The Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade, together with the Ministry of Agriculture and Food, clarified some issues of price regulation for products for processing, which is provided for by the Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of November 17 No. 113, BelTA informs.

The document sets marginal prices for the supply of raw cow's MILK, pigs for slaughter, pork in carcasses and half carcasses. In addition, marginal maximum prices are set for the supply of cattle for slaughter, beef and veal in carcasses, half carcasses and quarters, eggs, rye, wheat, SUGAR beets, sugar, FLOUR and butter.

MART and the Ministry of Agriculture and Food in a joint explanation answered the most popular questions that arose after the publication of the resolution. In particular, it was noted that the sale of goods on the Belarusian Universal Commodity Exchange, the prices of which are regulated by this document, should be subject to the established restrictions.

It is noted that the agreements that were concluded before November 30 last year (before the entry into force of restrictions) must be brought into line with the norms of Decree No. 113 with the help of an additional agreement. Any changes to the terms of the contract are possible only by agreement of the parties.

In addition, the norms of the resolution do not apply to chilled (frozen) MEAT in carcasses, half carcasses and quarters, sold for processing by meat processing plants.
