Lukashenko has allocated Br46 million from the budget to build dairy farms.

The Belarusian authorities will allocate up to Br46.07 million from the national budget to complete construction and reconstruction of dairy farms in 2020. This follows from the decree № 269 of July 17.
 
The funds will be provided in the form of budget loans to regional budgets from the balances of the national budget, formed on January 1 this year.
 
Brest voblast will receive no more than Br5.15 million, while Vitsebsk - Br11.05 million, Homel - Br15 million, MINSK - Br9.48 million, Mahiliou - Br5.38 million.
 
Processors will receive loans at 3% per annum until December 31, 2026. Interest payments on them will begin from the 1st quarter of 2021, while the repayment of principal debt - from the 1st quarter of 2022.
 
Among the recipients of the funds are Savushkin Product and its branch in Baranovichi, Orsha MEAT Canning Plant, Vitebsk Moloko, Vitebsk Meat Processing Plant, Rogachevsky Dairy Canning Plant, Slutsk Cheese Processing Plant, Molodechno MILK Processing Plant and Grandma Krynka. The decree also names farms as dairy companies, on the basis of which new farms will appear.
