Lukashenka continues regional working trip on agricultural topics

June 21, MINSK. President of Belarus ALEXANDER LUKASHENKO on a regional working trip on agricultural topics. The HEAD of state in the Orsha district of the Vitebsk region visits the Yubileiny Agrokombinat OJSC, BelTA informs.

The head of state will be reported on the progress of agricultural work, fodder preparation, preparation of equipment for the harvest campaign in Belarus, Vitebsk region and Orsha region.

The President will visit the dairy complex "Kupalinka" at the agricultural complex, get acquainted with its work and the progress of forage harvesting at the agricultural complex.

Currently, the farm has 11.7 thousand hectares of farmland. The growth rate of gross output for the whole enterprise for 2021 amounted to 109.9%, including in livestock - 115.7%, in crop production - 99.3%. The growth rate of gross output for January - May 2022 is 114.6%.

The dairy complex "Kupalinka" was put into operation in July 2020. The complex is 93.8% full. In January-May 2022, the complex produced 8.4 thousand tons of milk with a milk yield per cow of almost 4.2 thousand kg. Milk is sold only in extra grade.
