April 21, Orsha District. President of Belarus ALEXANDER LUKASHENKO , while on a working visit to the Orsha District and visiting the agro-town of Kopys, unexpectedly added new objects to his route. The HEAD of state decided to stop by OOO MILKKOP START, where cheeses are produced , as well as a local bakery, BELTA reports.
Immediately upon arrival at the first facility - the woodworking shop of the Orsha forestry enterprise - the President reminded the responsible officials that he had previously demanded that they monitor the situation at the private cheese production enterprise, which is located literally across the road, and at the bakery created on the instructions of the head of state. "We'll go in now and have a look," Alexander Lukashenko promised, and he kept his promise.
After inspecting the woodworking shop, the President visited the cheese production shop of OOO MILKKOP START in Kopys. Earlier, on the instructions of the President, the cheese production that once existed here was revived. Alexander Lukashenko walked through the workshops and asked the workers about the manufacturing process. In particular, the head of state specified what volumes of MILK are currently being processed and what the overall potential is. The specialists explained that currently about 60 tons of milk are processed per shift, but working at full capacity on the existing equipment, they could process 100 tons.
"Does this mean that you are half loaded?" asked Alexander Lukashenko. According to the Chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee Alexander Subbotin, the enterprise has a problem with the treatment facilities, and their construction, according to the project, requires a significant amount of time. The President demanded that the problem be solved in a year and everything be done according to technology. The head of state instructed the State Control Committee to figure out what funds were invested in this enterprise by the investor.

"We need to figure it out. If he (the investor - BELTA) works well and is ready to develop here - for God's sake, let him build a treatment plant and go ahead. If not, then another person, another investor should do it. Figure it out like a business owner," the head of state set the task.

Walking through various workshops and premises of the enterprise, the President clarified their purpose, because some are still in the process of being equipped, and some are not used for their intended purpose, and some equipment remains unused. Alexander Lukashenko was critical of what he saw, noting that the heads of the local vertical are not sufficiently involved in the situation at this facility.
As a result, the head of state ordered that a detailed inspection of the cheese production enterprise be carried out by specialists, including the sanitary and epidemiological service. "There should be a sanitary station and other specialists here who will look at the technology, what is right, wrong, storage. Specialists must figure it out,"- said Alexander Lukashenko.
The head of state also visited a local bakery that produces bread.

Alexander Lukashenko instructed to expand production in the near future, since there is a high demand for the products of the bakery in Kopys. It is also necessary to disseminate this experience across the country, to small towns, so that they have their own bakeries.
The head of state instructed responsible officials to take control of the development of the bakery in Kopys, the construction of additional areas and the expansion of its capacity: "So that in a year, as much bread as is needed is baked here. Why? Because I want to see if everything is normal (and it will be), we need to have bread (locally produced. - BELTA note) in our districts, small towns and elsewhere." "And we need to think about Orsha right away. Such small bakeries need to be provided. What is important is that we need to distribute all this throughout the country in small towns, it should be in agro-towns," Alexander Lukashenko emphasized.
