May 24, Petrikov District. We need to speed up at least twice as much to keep up. This was stated by President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko during a working visit to Petrikov District, BELTA reports.
After getting acquainted with the production and use of wood pellets, Alexander Lukashenko visited the local dairy complex in Lyaskovichi. The speech was about the progress of modernization of the Lyaskovichi dairy complex of OAO Agro-Lyaskovichi following the example of the advanced experience of OAO Parokhonskoye in Pinsk District.
The President recalled that he first came here 27-28 years ago. "This is my youth. My destiny," he said.

Times were difficult then, and in these places they still wanted to form the Polesie People's Republic. "There was such a movement, there were many crazy people," the President noted.

Alexander Lukashenko came then to talk to the local population to convince them that Polesie cannot exist and develop on its own.
The head of state recalled how he was then offered to mow the grass together, which he knows how to do very well. And the local population then supported Alexander Lukashenko, seeing that he was one of their own.

"Gena is ours!" I will remember these two words forever. "It was beyond Pripyat," the President said.

Alexander Lukashenko was briefed in detail on the plans to modernize the MTC, and he instructed to speed up the implementation of the plans. This presidential message concerns not only this complex or agricultural enterprise, but is also relevant on a national scale.

"Guys, we need to speed up twice as much if we want to survive. If we don't speed up, we'll be lagging behind. We produce everything that the rest of the world produces. The competition is fierce. Therefore, we need to speed up at least twice as much," he added.

The head of state set a deadline until the new year and intends to personally inspect the result.

"Mobilize people and remember: personnel today is discipline. There must be iron discipline. Because we want to work according to technology and get something," the head of state instructed. "Let's do it without red tape. By the New Year, it should be here (implemented. - Note by BELTA)".

As the head of the Presidential Property Management Department, Yuri Nazarov, explained to journalists, the head of state was informed about the construction of the new complex. "The prospects here are very simple. First, we need to make money . Fast money is milk . Accordingly, we need to create conditions for keeping livestock and for people to work. Therefore, we have decided that by the end of the year we will build two barns with a milking and dairy block made of wooden structures," said Yuri Nazarov. "But in order to have milk, we need to feed the livestock. Therefore, the second issue is the feed base. Today we are working with the Polesie Institute of Plant Growing, crop rotation is being improved."
Using the experience of JSC "Parokhonskoye" primarily consists of cultivating perennial grasses to improve the forage base.

General Director of the RUE "Management Company of the Holding "Agro-Industrial Holding of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Belarus" Viktor Shaibak said that the main goal is to obtain more profit in order to invest it in further modernization and increasing the wages of workers.

The similarity with JSC Parokhonskoye is also in the fact that in both cases reclaimed lands are used for the production of milk and meat. They are more fertile. As a result of modernization, it is planned to increase milk production

by 40% and increase the livestock from 1.6 thousand to about 2 thousand heads. In turn, the director of JSC Parokhonskoye Vladimir Khrolenko confirmed that the primary task is to provide high-quality scythes for the full need. "To take on the floodplain, put it in order so that it gives a return. Here are lands that can give three or four wonderful mowings. This is the basis. The second is keeping livestock. Where it is comfortable, there is milk. These investments will bring a return. When there is money, we can develop further. Both in technology and people will come. Three factors - feed, comfortable buildings, and then the people will come."
