Rospotrebnadzor allowed the discharge of those who had recovered from covid-19 without a negative test for CORONAVIRUS if the patient's treatment lasted a week or longer, the agency said in a decree.
“The discharge of patients for employment (training), admission to organized teams after treatment (both inpatient and outpatient settings) and recovery are carried out without a laboratory examination for COVID-19 if the treatment time is 7 or more days”, — said in the document.
A negative test will be necessary if the duration of treatment is shorter. The patient will be discharged if the result is received no earlier than three days after a positive test.
The new rules come into effect on Sunday, February 6th.

According to the capital's operational headquarters, in Moscow, those who have recovered from the coronavirus will be able to stop the self-isolation regime after a week from the date of confirmation of the diagnosis, if they have no symptoms. The new rule applies to those who became infected after February 6.
Those who fell ill earlier need to spend 14 days in quarantine, the headquarters stressed. During this period, the polyclinic DOCTOR will contact the patients and remotely close or extend the sick leave if they have symptoms.
