Laureates of the contest "The Best Goods of the Republic of Belarus" from the Gomel region: this is a victory for teams

April 14, Gomel. Winners of the contest "The Best Goods of the Republic of Belarus" from the Gomel region at the end of 2022 shared the components of success and told how they resisted the sanctions pressure, BelTA has learned.

Among the 14 laureates in the nomination "Foodstuffs" - Rogachev MILK factory. The company confidently keeps a high level of quality from year to year. According to Alexander Sazonov, Deputy General DIRECTOR for Production of the Rogachev ICC, quality management systems have been introduced at the enterprise. "We constantly maintain and improve the quality of products. And this is achieved only by the work of our employees. Thanks to the attitude of the team to their work, which puts their soul into it, we get such a result," he said. So, last year the company pleased customers with more than 20 new products. These are dry mixes for the production of ice cream, cheeses, a line of spreadable processed cheeses, new types of fermented milk products, as well as a wide range of whole milk products.

“Of course, development is impossible without the introduction of new technologies, modernization of production. We also pay great attention to this aspect. One of the largest projects of last year is the replacement of the line for bottling and packaging of sweetened condensed milk. Previously, there was a semi-automatic line, and in 2022, despite sanctions , we managed to install a new, fully automatic line with a capacity of 600 cans per minute," the deputy general director emphasized. According to him, last year the markets were somewhat reoriented. So, the products of the Rogachev IWC were first tried in Turkey, CHINA, the United Arab Emirates, Afghanistan, etc. The geography of deliveries is constantly updated with new directions.

Among the laureates in the nomination "Industrial goods for the population and handicrafts" along with the Gomel chemical plant, Dobrush porcelain factory, "Komintern", "Gomeldrev" and "Rechitsadrev", as well as the Dobrush paper factory "Hero pile" - and the Kalinkovichi plant of household chemistry. Its director Oksana Logvina, accepting congratulations, noted that the company always tries to present different groups of goods. "Technologists guarantee all the declared consumer properties and functions. This time they submitted products for housewives to the competition, which help in working in the kitchen. Previously, they also came out with an antiseptic, windshield washer fluid," she said. The plant is constantly expanding the range of products. For example, from new products - gel-like washing powder, its release was launched at the end of last year, whiteness-gel, hand paste. "Every year we add 3-4 items of industrial goods. Most of the novelties in the framework of import substitution are liquid detergents, antifreezes," she added.

The status "Novelty of the Year" was assigned to new positions from the Turov Dairy Plant, the Dobrush paper mill "Geroy gruda" of the JSC "Management Company of the Holding "Belarusian Wallpaper", "SvetlogorskKhimvolokno", "Belaruskabel", the branch of "Energosbyt" of the GRUP "Gomelenergo". A special award "Best in the region" went to the Gomel distillery "Radamir", the Gomel chemical plant, "Gomelstroymaterialy". The special award "Best in the industry" went to the enterprise "Gomelstroymaterialy".

For stable quality, Rogachev ICC, Turov Dairy Plant, Gomel MEAT Processing Plant, Gomel Radamir Distillery, Spartak Confectionery, Gomel Chemical Plant, Gomel Casting and Normals Plant, Gomselmash, BMZ, SvetlogorskKhimvolokno and " Belaruskabel".

The winners were congratulated by the First Deputy Chairman of the State Committee for Standardization Elena Morgunova, as well as the director of the Gomel Center for Standardization, Metrology and Certification Maxim Kazachok.

The contest "The Best Goods of the Republic of Belarus" has been held since 2002 by the State Standard of Belarus together with the regional executive committees and the MINSK City Executive Committee and is aimed at identifying, popularizing and promoting high-quality products, stimulating the activities of domestic producers to improve the quality and competitiveness of Belarusian goods and services.
