Who is the leader in the competition "Industry Leaders of the Republic of Belarus - 2024"?

At the award ceremony for the winners of the II Republican competition for achievements in the field of development of industrial technologies and management "Industrial Leaders of the Republic of Belarus - 2024", which took place on May 29, 52 industrial enterprises were awarded 62 diplomas of 1st, 2nd and 3rd degrees.
Organizers: MINSK City Technopark and the organizing committee of the competition "Industry Leaders of the Republic of Belarus". We present the winners of the 2024 competition in the categories: petrochemical industry; food and processing industry; industry of building materials and products. The beginning of the competition can be viewed here: ,.  PETROCHEMICAL INDUSTRY Plant "Polymir" OJSC "Naftan" Diploma of the 2nd degree in the nomination "Enterprise of the Year - Leader in the field of improving product quality." The company produces high-density polyethylene, polyacrylonitrile fiber "Nitron-D" (PAN fiber), acrylonitrile (HAK), acetonitrile (ACN), acetone cyanohydrin (ACG), ammonium sulfate, and various hydrocarbon fractions. The products comply with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Belarus, the EAEU , and international standards. OJSC "SvetlogorskKhimvolokno" Diploma of the 1st degree in the nomination "Project of the year for the launch of new types of products" with the project: "Co-extruded polyethylene films." Co-extruded polyethylene film is used as a packaging material in various sectors of the national economy, including in the food industry, for the production soft packaging containers. Operating temperature of the film is from - 40 to + 80 degrees Celsius.  FOOD AND PROCESSING INDUSTRY JSC "Babushkina Krynka" - management company of the holding company "Mogilev Dairy Company "Babushkina Krynka" Diploma of the 1st degree in the category "Product of the Year in the category "Opening". of the year" for the product: "Milk candies "Milk Energy". MILK candies "Milk Energy" are a product of the modern generation. The candies contain at least 50% milk powder, and 100 candies contain 20 g of milk protein, thanks to which the candies satisfy hunger and are a light and healthy snack. Unitary Enterprise "Vitebskoblgaz" branch of the agricultural enterprise "Mazolovogaz" Diploma of the 3rd degree in the nomination "Project of the year for the launch of a new production" for the project: "Plant for the production of extruded grain." In November 2023, the “Plant for the production of extruded grain” with a capacity of 1 ton per hour was put into operation, which in its equipment and functionality has no analogues in Belarus.All technological processes are controlled and controlled by a computer. The company has introduced the latest effective production management systems, carried out a complete technical modernization of the production base, and product quality is controlled strictly in accordance with the requirements of quality standards.

OJSC "Molochny Mir"
First degree diplomas in the nominations "Enterprise of the Year - Leader in the Field of Production Efficiency", "Enterprise of the Year - Leader in Ensuring Safety at Work".
The company is constantly modernizing production and developing new types of products. Modernization of the cottage cheese production site with the replacement of technological equipment made it possible to increase production output by 1.5 times.
"Molochny Mir" is included in the List of enterprises of the Republic of Belarus that have the right to supply food products to EU countries .
The company is certified according to the HEALTH and safety management system for professional activities. Automation of existing production occurs on an ongoing basis with a subsequent reduction in the share of manual labor.
Over the past five years, no occupational diseases or accidents have been identified.

OJSC "Pinsk MEAT Processing Plant"   

Diploma of the 2nd degree in the nomination "Product of the Year in the category "Demand among consumers" for the product: "Sausage product for feeding children of preschool and school age. Boiled meat sausage "Funtik" of the highest grade."   

The sausage is intended for feeding children of preschool and school age and is made from natural products without additives.

The dynamics of production and sales of boiled meat sausage "Funtik" have increased more than six times in recent years.
JSC "ROGOZNITSKY" STARCH PLANT"
First degree diploma in the nomination "Enterprise of the Year - Leader in the field of improving product quality."
For the last 10 years, the enterprise has been one of the most modern in Europe. It accounts for 70% of the starch produced in the country.
The plant produces up to 9,000 tons annually premium and “extra” grades of starch, which is used in the pharmaceutical industry and meets high requirements for microbiological indicators.

JV "Santa Bremor" LLC   

First degree diploma in the category "Enterprise of the Year - Leader in the field of improving product quality"
The company constantly improves production and regularly . offers the market innovative products based on its own technological developments.
In 2023 alone, the company released more than 50 new products, each of which has not only high consumer qualities, but also international certificates HACCP, iso 9001, IFS.
INDUSTRY OF BUILDING MATERIALS AND PRODUCTS

RUPP "Granit"
Diploma of the 1st degree in the nomination: "Product of the year in the category "Demand among consumers" for the product: "Crushed stone from dense rocks for construction work, a mixture of fractions from 5 to 20 mm, 2 groups."

It is widely used for the construction and repair of roads, as fillers for heavy concrete, construction of buildings, various structures, runways, etc. OJSC Krasnoselskstroymaterialy, part of the Belarusian Cement Company holding. This is one of the oldest and largest manufacturers of building materials and products in the Republic of Belarus. The company's products are included in the List of import-substituting products. In 2022-2023, the plans were completed completed. LLC "MIAKOM-MM" Diploma of the 1st degree in the nomination "Enterprise of the Year - Leader in the field of improving product quality." Belarus MIAKOM-MM LLC is the only enterprise in Belarus that has the technology for the production of steel spiral corrugated pipes and tanks. The company's products are included in the List of import-substituting products. In 2022-2023, the completed plans were fulfilled. JSC "Mogilevsky KSI" Diploma of the 2nd degree in the nomination "Product of the Year in the category "Growth of EXPORT Deliveries" for the product: "Thickened silicate brick, 11-hollow, painted, strength grade M200." "Mogilevsky KSI" is the largest manufacturer of popular products from autoclaved cellular concrete and sand-lime brick in the CIS and Baltic countries. The increase in sales of painted sand-lime brick in 2023 amounted to more than 265%, export sales - almost 3 times. area of ​​export activities." The production capacity of the plant for the production of technological and building metal structures is up to 12,000 tons/year, gratings - up to 5,000 tons/year. The main sales market is the Russian Federation (more than 98%), deliveries of products are also carried out to countries far abroad. JSC "Mozyr DOK"    Diploma of the 3rd degree in the nomination "Product of the Year in the category "Demand among consumers" for the product: "IDVP Beltermo". Beltermo slabs are made using a dry process from natural wood with the addition of environmentally friendly polyurethane-based resins and are universal,environmentally friendly insulating material. The combination of different types of slabs allows for thermal insulation of all building structures.
