Chairman of the Grodno Oblast Executive Committee Vladimir Karanik told reporters during a visit to Primemilk LLC in Shchuchin today, BelTA learned from the press service of the Oblast Executive Committee.

Vladimir Karanik got acquainted with the reconstructed production of the enterprise and the release of new products - soft cheeses. He stressed that much attention is paid to the processing of agricultural products in the region. "The main task is to increase its depth. Thanks to technologies, the release of new types of products, it is possible to increase revenue up to several times. And this is not only the profit of a processing enterprise and agricultural producer, but also new jobs, an increase in wages, tax revenues," he said. Vladimir Karanik. This is especially true for the dairy industry, because MILK production in the region increases by 7-10% annually.

He said that the modernization of other dairy enterprises in the region is currently underway. In particular, attention is paid to the organization of waste-free production and the creation of goods that are in demand on foreign markets on the basis of once-by-products. There are also projects to modernize and expand MEAT production both in the regional center and in the regions.
