April 28, Vetka. President of Belarus ALEXANDER LUKASHENKO demands to develop a culture of farming, as well as technological and labor discipline at agricultural enterprises. The HEAD of state stated this at a meeting with the activists of the Gomel region, BelTA has learned.
“There are a few issues that we need to decide. If the governor and the government do not talk about it, I will have to talk about it. Although this is the level of the regional executive committee and the chairman of the district executive committee,” Alexander Lukashenko said.
About the situation on the fieldsAccording to the President, the culture of agriculture in the country has grown, but problems still remain. The head of state stressed that as long as the weather is good, every opportunity should be used to plant a new crop. "The sowing campaign is short, but the whole year depends on it," he explained.
Alexander Lukashenko also drew attention to the field roads - the lanes along which equipment moves through the fields. The President demanded that this issue be treated with particular scrupulousness in the farms: "You fly over the country - thousands of hectares of winter crops and grasses are put out of action. It's terrible to look at. You should have a map of field roads."
"Restore the contours of the fields. If somewhere you have launched a part of the field, restore it. This is the culture of agriculture. There will be reinforced concrete demand for this," the head of state added.
In some places on the fields, winter crops have not risen since autumn, but somewhere they have died. Alexander Lukashenko instructed to carry out "repair" of fields: where crops should be sown or resown. He also drew attention to the correct technology of working with organic fertilizers in the fields.
"Disgusting work with herbs. Probably, there is nothing to keep grass for more than two years, we need to re-sow. From there we must get food. And try to wrap the haylage in film. We work poorly with herbs, according to the residual principle," the President outlined another problem.
About meliorationDuring the meeting, Alexander Lukashenko also touched upon the issues of land reclamation. He noted that money has been allocated for major works, but the farms themselves should deal with smaller ones, the so-called cultural technology. "Where it is possible. Where there is no need to dig canals and so on. Where small bushes, saplings have grown, they must be cut down, uprooted and put into circulation. And we will additionally get thousands, thousands of hectares," the President said. industrial enterprises. What, "Gomselmash" won't cut down a thousand hectares today? We need to get involved, save the land. Therefore, reclamation is reclamation, and where you can work with an ax and a shovel, that's separate."
About old and new farms“Once you set an example of how you split up these farms, cleaned them up. But even where you cleaned up, you didn’t plow up these 10-15 hectares. Why did you do it then? The question is to clean up this farm ", and put the farm plots in order. Therefore, remove the junk and introduce new plots into the crop rotation. Everything must be processed to the corner," the head of state outlined the task. "In the future, we will remove everything from this junk and build new complexes."
He instructed to take the staffing of farms with livestock under separate control. "Why did we build these 'palaces' and not equip them? And if we did, we MILK them because a goat gives more milk than a cow," Aleksandr Lukashenko noted.
About personal plots"In the future, all people in agriculture will be concentrated in agro-towns and there will be a maximum of two large villages in a large farm. That's all. This trifle, the so-called unpromising villages, will disappear," the President said.
But today in any village there are abandoned household plots, and these are fertile lands, which over time become overgrown with khmyznyak, Alexander Lukashenko noted. "Let's save them, let's work them. To process and plant gardens once," the head of state suggested solving the problem in this way. "It is important for us to keep people in these villages. this homestead."
Alexander Lukashenko urged the Belarusians to take advantage of this opportunity: "You are in the center of Europe, at the crossroads of all roads. Take this site, but cultivate it. It is the wealth of a person to have half a hectare of land in the center of Europe."
About the construction of greenhouses“It is very bad that we cannot feed our people with cucumbers and tomatoes in the spring. Very bad. Disgusting. This problem must be solved during this or next year. What is it like to build these greenhouses today? Alexander Lukashenko.
At the same time, the head of state drew attention to the fact that there is no need to stamp a greenhouse: they need to be built in those farms where they already know how to work with them or where there are opportunities for this. "Greenhouse is money. You, like with milk today, will have an early penny to pay people," he said.
"And here are the orchards. By storm it is necessary to uproot the junk and create new orchards. It's not the case that we import an APPLE. Can't we ourselves, as in Poland, produce this apple? We can. We just don't do it. And this is import substitution," - the President remarked.
About working with personnel"Cadres decide everything. The leader must have power, iron. And they should not look back at anyone. Measures must be military, the most stringent. Do not wait for separate instructions. And everything is based on discipline. If there is no reinforced concrete discipline, all this empty. We will spend money and eat ourselves, grind: I will crumble you, the governor will have his subordinates. Therefore, a certain discipline must be established," Alexander Lukashenko demanded.
