"This is our contribution to the health of the nation!" These nominees for the "Leader of the Year" business award have a special mission

it would seem that the following nominees for the title of "Leader of the Year 2025" have nothing in common. OJSC "Babushkina Krynka" is a famous manufacturer of dairy products, LLC "AmantisMed" is an equally well-known manufacturer of medicines in Belarus. But the missions of the two enterprises turned out to be similar: to do everything possible to make Belarusians a healthy nation.
OJSC "Babushkina Krynka": we take into account trends, respect traditions
Belarusian dairy products would never have become a national brand if not for enterprises like "Babushkina Krynka". For more than 45 years, it has earned a big name, using only the best and natural raw materials, working on quality every day, introducing modern technologies and environmental solutions. And, of course, creating up to a dozen new products from year to year! Regular replenishment of the assortment is one of the main features of the company, although it already produces more than 250 types of products. - We follow the trends in our industry. This is how they started producing lactose-free products, which are gaining popularity all over the world, as well as products without added sugar: yoghurts, curd cheeses and evenice cream with cream. Another new product is candies made from dry MILK with different flavors. For true gourmets, we have created Brunost - brown caramel cheese made using Norwegian technology. This cheese is served with toast, sour jam and a cup ofcoffee , - says Deputy General DIRECTOR for Production Ekaterina Polyakova.
New products and timeless classics from "Babushkina Krynka" are created by a large team of specialists - almost 2900 people in 15 branches and production workshops throughout the Mogilev region. Ekaterina Polyakova emphasizes: the main wealth of the company is a close-knit team of masters of their craft, although a lot of attention is paid to the equipment here.
- We have a very strong staff. The overwhelming majority of employees have been working at "Babushkina Krynka" for many years, their experience is invaluable, - notes the Deputy General Director. - But we understand that young specialists are our future. We keep an eye on them already from school. Young people who see themselves in the agro-industrial complex enter into targeted contracts with us, enter secondary vocational schools and universities without exams, and all internships take place at our sponsored enterprises or here. This allows us to train specialists specifically for our needs. In addition, we support them financially: they are paid for good studies. If necessary, we provide young specialists with a hostel, help with repairs, and pay so-called lifting allowances. In addition, all employees receive an excellent social package.  
Ekaterina Polyakova clarifies: now the enterprise is primarily interested in specialists for the agricultural sector - livestock specialists, veterinarians, veterinary assistants, machine operators, for OJSC Babushkino Podvorye in the Khotsimsky District and OJSC Novaya Drut. The technical equipment of this farm is at a high level, but any mechanism needs someone who knows how to use it. There is no other way to increase the efficiency of an agricultural enterprise.
- Our raw material zone covers almost the entire Mogilev region - 18 districts out of 21, - clarifies the deputy general director. - After all, if we talk about our production, it can be called one of the best. The capacity of OJSC Babushkina Krynka allows us to reach large volumes, only milk is needed . That is why we work with farms all over Belarus. 
By 2030, the holding, which is already one of the largest producers of dairy products in the country, sees itself as one of the leaders in the industry. And it is not only about the desire to become the best, but also about the desire to fully realize its mission: preserving centuries-old traditions, providing people with high-quality, safe and healthy dairy products, thereby helping to form a healthy nation.
- The expert council was amazed by the capabilities of "Babushkina Krynka" and the variety of products, - notes a member of the Standing Committee on Housing Policy, Trade and Construction of the House of Representatives of the Republic of BelarusElena Khilya. - Much attention is paid to raw material zones here, because without high-quality milk there will be no corresponding products, but no less - to the team. It is noticeable that the main resource here is people, for whom they try to create excellent working conditions. After all, it is through their efforts that products of a very decent level are born.

AmantisMed LLC: quality guaranteed
In a world where we have been convinced for decades that the best medicines are foreign brands, the Belarusian pharmaceutical company AmantisMed LLC confidently refutes this myth.
Since 2014, it has been producing safe, high-quality and effective medicines that have won the trust of consumers.

One of the key factors in the success of AmantisMed is the full production cycle, which ensures strict quality control at every stage. High standards are imposed not only on production processes, but also on raw materials, which guarantees the reliability and safety of the manufactured drugs.
- We buy raw materials only from approved suppliers and manufacturers from CHINA, India and Europe. We store it in specially equipped areas in a certified warehouse, which meets the strict requirements of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), - emphasizes Elena Serkova. 
She focuses on the fact that the production of generics is a labor-intensive process, behind which lies the hard work of highly qualified specialists.
- We invest a lot in improving the competence of employees and ensure that they are constantly trained, - adds the director of the enterprise. 
The quality and effectiveness of each drug are confirmed by laboratory tests and clinical trials, including on volunteers. Only after this does the drug receive a registration certificate, and production is set up with unconditional compliance with sanitary standards. At the enterprise, each room is assigned its own cleanliness class, and you can only get into them through airlocks. Each production site undergoes inspection, and the equipment is qualified.
- The drugs are manufactured in a modern workshop. The first section produces solid dosage forms - powders and tablets. The second - liquid ones: sprays, drops, solutions. We are currently testing a new effective cough solution, - the director shares the news.
But this is not the only new product that may soon appear in pharmacies. Treatments for diabetes, the NERVOUS SYSTEM, HIV, sleeping pills and antioxidants are under development. 
The mission of this nominee for the International Business Award "Leader of the Year 2025" is the most noble: to improve the quality of life of every person, ensuring the implementation of their right to effective, high-quality, safe medicines. According to the expert council, AmantisMed is following this path with dignity.
