February 22, MINSK / Corr. BELTA/. Today the opening ceremony of the exposition of Belarusian manufacturers Belarus. The Taste of Nature at the largest international food and beverage exhibition Gulfood-2021, which started on February 21 in Dubai (UAE) and is the main event of the year for the global food industry. This was reported to a BelTA correspondent at the exhibition enterprise "Belinterexpo" of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

The ceremony was attended by Chairman of the BelCCI Vladimir Ulakhovich, Ambassador of Belarus to the UAE Andrei Luchenok, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food Igor Brylo, Deputy Chairman of the Belgospischeprom Concern Alexander Yakovchits, DIRECTOR of Belinterexpo Yevgeny Vvedensky, Director of Foreign Economic Relations at Dubai Exports Agency Abdulrahman Al Khosani Mohammed Al Marzouki, Senior Manager of the Department of Foreign Economic Relations of the Dubai Exports Agency, as well as representatives of the management of Belarusian enterprises.

25 Belarusian food industry enterprises are taking part in Gulfood-2021. The organizer of the exposition is the exhibition company "Belinterexpo" of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Belarusian exporting companies presented MEAT, dairy, grocery and confectionery products, poultry and egg products. All products presented at the exhibition have international iso certificates of conformity, and also have Halal certificates.

The novelty of this year's exposition was the hybrid format. For the first time, the national pavilion is accompanied by a virtual mirror - an online platform that allows you to find the pavilion at the exhibition, see the products presented on the stands, and get business contacts.

At Gulfood -2021 , Molochny Mir presents premium-class products made from selected extra-grade MILK, a new line of soft cheeses and curd creams, sterilized milk with a shelf life of 1 year in various volumes (0.5-1 l), sweet cream butter in packing 1-2 kg. The Dairy World brand is represented in the UAE market and in 35 countries around the world.

High-quality natural dairy products - milk, cream, butter cream 33% fat, butter, cheeses and milkshakes are demonstrated by the Dairy Hotel .

The company "Babushkina Krynka" presented powdered milk and dry milk whey with a shelf life of 24 months, as well as milk with a shelf life of 9 months. The consumer can find milk with both low (1.5%) and high (6%) fat content.

Whole milk condensed with SUGAR from the Rogachev Milk Canning Plant can already be purchased in UAE stores. Drinking and concentrated milk, butter and cheeses are presented at the exhibition. New - sterilized drinking milk in TBA packaging, with a shelf life of 9 months.

A new product - dry milk-fat concentrate with a mass fraction of fat from 20 to 55% is presented by the Primemilk enterprise . The novelty is able to dissolve in cold water in 8 seconds. The exhibition showcases powdered cream substitute and dry whey fat concentrate.

High-quality food products for children and mothers are presented by Volkovysk OJSC Bellakt . These are dry milk formulas for newborns, specialized products for pregnant and lactating mothers, formulas for follow-up and cereals for healthy children, formulas for children with intolerance to cow's milk, lactose and sucrose.

As for meat products, natural canned beef with the addition of rice, barley and buckwheat porridge, boneless beef meat was offered by Slonim Meat Processing Plant, whose product range includes more than 300 items.

Dry-cured sausage from selected beef, made according to exclusive Italian recipes, as well as raw-smoked sausage with prunes, is demonstrated by the Grodno Meat Processing Plant . Every month, the enterprise produces 1.2 thousand tons of beef, sells 3 thousand tons of sausages and smoked meats, more than 500 tons of semi-finished products.

A cut of beef on the bone, boneless beef deboned and in cuts is presented by the Pinsk Meat Processing Plant . These products are in high demand in the markets of near and far abroad.

Eggs of chicken and quail, using a unique technology of smoking on natural alder chips, were shown by the Soligorsk Poultry Farm . The assortment of the enterprise includes eggs with low cholesterol content, multi-colored eggs from free-range domestic breeds, washed and disinfected eggs, chicken and quail eggs enriched with organic selenium, as well as frozen and smoked quail meat.

The flagship of the Belarusian food industry, the Belgospischeprom Concern, presented the developments of Belarusian technologists. The exhibition demonstrates rapeseed oil - a source of essential fatty acids, a useful, unique product with a high content of vitamin E. The stand also presents chocolate that meets high international standards. The composition contains natural cocoa and a minimum amount of sugar. A line of juices and nectars made from natural vegetables and fruits was presented. Own orchards and raw materials zones allow you to control the entire production process: from berries to packaging.

Wafer mini rolls, corn and multigrain flakes, wafer rolls without palm oil (fat), breakfast cereals with jam filling, extruded bran, wafer rolls are presented by the confectionery factory "Vitba" . A feature of the technology for the production of dry breakfasts is the short-term effect of high temperature and pressure on raw materials, due to which the finished product retains the nutritional value of the original cereal raw material to the maximum.

In addition, the exposition is accompanied by a rich business program. In particular, on February 21, a meeting was held between BelCCI Chairman Vladimir Ulakhovich and Chairman of the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry Mahid Saif Al Ghurair. They discussed issues of inter-chamber cooperation, the possibility of exchanging visits of business delegations, joint holding of business events, as well as organizing the participation of Belarusian and UAE enterprises in international exhibitions and fairs in the two countries, including in an online format.

The possibility of signing a memorandum of understanding between the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Dubai Exports was discussed during a meeting between Vladimir Ulakhovich and CEO of Dubai Exports Said Al Awadi. The meeting also discussed issues of interaction between the two organizations during exhibition and business events aimed at developing trade and economic relations between Belarus and the UAE.

Today, a Belarusian delegation of business circles headed by the Chairman of the BelCCI took part in a business briefing organized by the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Within the framework of the event, presentations of the economic and investment potential of Belarus and the UAE, EXPORT opportunities of Belarusian companies were held.

Also, during the visit of the Belarusian delegation to the United Arab Emirates, participation in the Gulfood Innovation Summit conference, presentations and negotiations with representatives of retail chains and importers from all over the world are planned.

Gulfood 2021 is the world's largest annual trade show for food and beverages. The event takes place in Dubai (UAE) from 21 to 25 February.
