Export of Belarusian agricultural products in January-July increased by almost 10%

September 6, Minsk. Exports of Belarusian food products and agricultural raw materials increased by 9.6% in January-July, more than $3.5 billion worth of goods were delivered abroad, BelTA learned from the press service of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food.

"In January-July, Belarusian food was supplied to 97 countries of the world. An increase in supplies was observed in almost all regions. Exports to the CIS countries, including the Russian Federation, increased by 4.8%, to Asia and Oceania - by 44.2%, the EU - by 44.4%, America and the Caribbean - by 78.1%, African countries - by 29.2% Food exports to the People's Republic of China increased by 46.1%. the corresponding period of 2020 increased by 44.9%," the press service said.

Export of milk and dairy products increased by 5.6%, beef - by 12.5%, sausages - by 30.8%, fish and fish products - by 19.2%, eggs - by 37.5%, potatoes - by 15.2%, rapeseed oil - 2 times.
