"We see where we can provide assistance to the Penza Region. We discussed issues related to electric transport. The issue of charging stations has not been fully resolved. There are several manufacturers in the Republic of
Belarus . We agreed that we will organize this production in the Penza Region. Certain tasks have been set for small municipal equipment, this is the issue of cleaning yard areas. Penza will formulate the relevant technical specifications, and we will try to implement these issues as soon as possible," the chairman of the Brest Regional Executive Committee noted.
Penza Region Days are held on April 5-7. An impressive delegation arrived in Brest region, including officials, representatives of various spheres (economics, education, sports, culture and others). "In general, I want to say that we have grown in trade turnover in the Republic of Belarus and the Penza region by about 30%. In this increased trade turnover, 60% is from the Brest region. We see great prospects," emphasized the Governor of the Penza region Oleg Melnichenko. He emphasized that the Belarusian and Russian regions are connected not only by economic cooperation, but also by common historical moments, relations have been established in culture and sports. In particular, this time a large youth delegation from the Penza region arrived. Many joint events were organized with the guys from the Brest region.
"There are a lot of interests in the field of mechanical engineering, agriculture. Belarusian goods are very popular in the Penza land. We will work on the issue of opening a trading house. If we take into account the economic prospects, they are very extensive," Oleg Melnichenko believes.
He added that the Days of the Penza Region will contribute to the growth of trade turnover, strengthening economic and cultural ties. The parties also aim to raise relations in youth policy to a higher level.
