August 13, MINSK. Prime Minister of Belarus Roman Golovchenko told what import-substituting projects will be implemented at the expense of credit resources of the Russian Federation, in an interview with the program "Question number one" on the TV channel, BelTA informs.
As BelTA reported, RUSSIA will allocate $1.5 billion for Belarus' participation in import substitution programs.“Now the governments are working on two areas. The first is the loan agreement itself, the conditions for providing resources. The second is the list of projects that will be implemented, including with the involvement of these funds. Belarusian , and from Russian manufacturers. it is by this criterion that the first three projects were determined," said Roman Golovchenko.
The first of them is the production of lighting equipment for automotive vehicles. The project will be implemented in Rudensk on the basis of one of the enterprises. Modern LED optics for all types of vehicles will be produced. The second project is the creation of brake systems.
The third is ring-rolling production, which is necessary for the automotive industry. It will be implemented by BELAZ on the basis of one of the enterprises in the Orsha region. "We have already started this project. Without waiting for credit resources, we ourselves begin to finance. If credit resources arrive on time, we will simply add them to this investment pool," the Prime Minister said.
There is a whole pool of projects that is planned to be implemented on the basis of AMKODOR.
The HEAD of government also commented on the topic of MILK packaging and noted the need to deal with an analogue of tetrapack.
