The interests of the Belarusian side in this region lie in the search for new and development of existing joint projects, cooperation with enterprises in the engineering and agricultural industries, strengthening relations with the local vertical of power and supporting the Belarusian diaspora.
On the first day of the working trip, the Belarusian diplomat visited SemAZ LLP. The enterprise is an operating manufacturer of agricultural and cargo vehicles in Kazakhstan. Among the partners of the plant are the world's leading concerns: Minsk Tractor Plant, UralAZ, GAZ, Shaanxi and FOTON.
At the facilities of LLP "SemAZ" in the city of Semey, tractors of the brand "Belarus" of nine modifications are produced. "For the Belarusian engineering industry, the enterprise is of interest in terms of increasing the production of Belarus tractors, as well as the possible production of agricultural machinery from Belarusian vehicle kits. The general
DIRECTOR of the plant, Asemkan Duskuzhanov, noted that in the first half of this year, machinery produced the same amount as in the entire last year. This is a good dynamic, as co-production creates jobs and generates taxes," the embassy said.
According to Pavel Utyupin, a decision has been made to create a complete production of cabins in Kazakhstan, which will be located at another site. At the same time, cabins will also be supplied from this production to the production in Semey. Thus, the localization of manufactured components and assemblies to manufactured tractors will deepen. The same approach applies to combines and other agricultural equipment.
There are also a number of new directions, thanks to which
it is possible to reduce the cost of equipment for consumers in Kazakhstan. This is facilitated by the policy of supporting domestic producers, equipping agricultural consumers with new modern equipment.
The
HEAD of the Belarusian diplomatic mission noted that the potential for cooperation is very high. Not so long ago, Prime Minister of Belarus Roman Golovchenko visited Kazakhstan, during which other areas were discussed, in particular, dairy farms that are successfully operating in Belarus as well. "The availability of flights, the conditions that have been created in Belarus, the financial support schemes that our countries have are fertile ground for more and more such projects to appear," the embassy noted.
In general, Pavel Utyupin emphasized, there is potential for developing cooperation, conditions for partnership, and everything else depends on desire, determination and well-coordinated work.
The program of the second day of the visit included a visit to the Vostok-Moloko corporation in the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk, a meeting with representatives of the Belarusian diaspora, a meeting with the leadership of the Belarusian Tire LLP.
During a visit to the Vostok-Moloko corporation, Pavel Utyupin got acquainted with the production. At a meeting with the leadership, issues of expanding cooperation were discussed, and particular interest was revealed in the construction of dairy farms. The Corporation is one of the largest
MILK producers in Kazakhstan.
According to the embassy, Pavel Utyupin met with the Belarusian diaspora in a warm atmosphere. Support for Belarusians living abroad is one of the main tasks performed by Belarusian foreign institutions.
In addition, Pavel Utyupin met with Deputy Akim Yerzhan Nurbaev in the Akimat of the East Kazakhstan region. A wide range of issues of cooperation in the field of agriculture and construction, the organization of production of demanded machine-building equipment, the intensification of interregional cooperation, and the development of the tourism sector were discussed.
