85 years ago, Vyacheslav Mikhailovich Chernatov was born, Belarusian architect and architectural researcher, PhD in architecture (1998). He graduated from BPI in 1967. He worked at the Belgiprotorg Institute, and in 1975-1999 he was the chief project architect at BelNIIGiproselstroy. Since 1981, he has been teaching at the Belarusian National Technical University. His main works include: a shopping center in Dzerzhinsk, the Berezina restaurant in Borisov, and a series of standard projects for residential and public buildings for small towns and rural areas. He died in 2016.

70 years ago, Igor Ivanovich Abramov was born, Belarusian physicist, DOCTOR of Physical and Mathematical Sciences (1994), professor (1999). He graduated from BSU in 1976 and worked there. 110 years since the birth of Maria Filippovna Khovrenkova, an underground fighter who served as a liaison for the 8th Kruglyanskaya and 35th partisan brigades from August 1942. Author of works on the study of galvanic and strain gauge processes in semimetals and alloys based on them, the patterns of structural and kinetic transformations in mono- and polycrystalline materials.

85 years ago, Viktor Petrovich Ugryumov was born,Belarusian athlete and trainer (equestrian sport), dressage), Honored Master of Sports of the USSR (1980), Honored Trainer of Belarus (1977), Honored Figure of Physical Culture of Belarus (1979).
