Tatyana Shcherbich, an employee of the branch of the SPK Beresnevsky, is an inspiring example of a woman who is completely devoted to her profession. A hardworking and responsible villager has been working as an artificial insemination operator not so long ago, but she has already become one of the best specialists in the Kirovsky district. High performance in work and indifference to her favorite work did not go unnoticed at the highest level - she was invited to become a participant in the forum of rural workers from the Mogilev region. On the eve of the trip, BelTA correspondents talked to Tatyana and found out how important it is to find yourself in a profession.

The young woman has been working as an artificial insemination operator for five years, during which time many awards have accumulated. “So far I have little work experience, but I am learning and striving to develop in the profession,” our heroine says modestly. “So, this year I took first place at the regional insemination competition. These professional competitions are an important knowledge and skills, summing up the work for the whole year. My dream is to become better and better in the profession, to reach the level of more experienced colleagues. Although I got on the Board of Honor in the second year of work, when my calves began to be born."

In the work of an artificial insemination operator, the result is important: the most significant indicator is the yield of live calves. “It is interesting to inseminate a cow and know whether she is covered or not, she will have a bull or a heifer, or maybe even lucky - she will give twins,” says Tatyana. “My daily work is a perpetual motion: I came in the morning, looked at the newborn calves, I gave them numbers, closed the documentation. I go a lot - I identify cows: if the animal starts jumping, it needs to be inseminated. At the end of the working day, I pick them up and carry out insemination. Two months later, we check this with an ultrasound scanner, if pregnancy is confirmed - everything is fine."

A woman jokes that in her profession they feed their legs - you have to walk a lot, watch the animals: “The more cows you find in the hunt and cover, the more calves will be born and, naturally, there will be more MILK. This is work for the result. Of course, a lot depends and from the body of a cow - you can’t predict genetics. It is required from me to identify the hunt in a cow in time and not miss it - it’s a shame when I missed the right moment, and even twins could be born. And when everything is in due time, and even there is a result - it’s nice and joyfully, there is professional excitement. Now we have about 530 dairy herds, plus heifers are brought from another farm to cover. "

Tatyana did not come into the profession right away: as often happens in life, it was a matter of chance. Initially got a job as a calf. “I was very sorry for the kids, I constantly fiddled with them, they are like little children,” the worker recalls. “My reverent attitude towards calves was noticed by the district authorities and offered to go to the farm as an inseminator. I immediately thought: this is not so simple, the work is very responsible "If I don't cope with it, we'll be minus both in calves and in freshly calved cows. They said, they say, it's good that you worry and doubt. And they added such a phrase that convinced me: "It is important that the inseminator has pity to animals, because if it is not there, nothing will happen. That's how they sent me here. For this I want to say a big thank you to them - now this is my favorite job."

After that, Tatyana decided on such drastic changes, went to Gorki to the agricultural academy to learn the basics of the profession. Successfully passed the exams and began to work. The first year was very difficult, I even thought that I would not be able to go further in this direction. However, she pulled herself together, developed her own system - and everything began to work out. And the main thing that distinguishes Tatyana is humanity and responsiveness, love for all living things.

“How much I work, I always remember the words about pity for animals. It’s actually like this: if a calf is sick, you walk around it all the time, give some warm water or decoction somewhere, give an injection or a dropper somewhere, offer a vitamin, for you run away as a veterinarian, - the woman says. - A day or two - and the calf began to recover, then you can’t even say that he was completely weak. It’s the same with the cow. I immediately mistakenly thought that I would only pity the calves - they are small and helpless But still, this living creature that reaches out to you requires attention and affection. for the household (it needs to be fed.) And what is the future of the animal in this case? And I have all my favorite cows, so I try to help them.

Tatyana knows each of her cows by number, like a computer. “Once the HEAD of the district breeding station looked at the farm and was amazed, he says how you distinguish them, for me they are all pockmarked. And I have each individual animal, I know everyone. what year she came, how many times she calved, how she got sick. The husband jokes: “You don’t always remember everything around the house, but you won’t forget anything about cows.” Indeed, in the profession I am interested in everything - new approaches and technologies, advanced methods for improving reproduction herds," the expert shares.

Tatyana's parents are also connected with agriculture - the family is simple and hardworking. Mother was a calf and milkmaid, father was a watchman on the farm. Their daughter followed in their footsteps. She was never afraid of hard work. Moreover, there has always been a household at home - cows, calves, piglets. Tatyana has been accustomed to this since childhood. Although now she doesn’t keep a cow at home, because everything is not easy with her - she needs to be fed and milked on time. Yes, and a busy work schedule does not allow you to spend a lot of time on household chores.

Tatyana always and everyone wants to find a favorite thing to their liking, to go to work as if it were a holiday. If this happens - it doesn't matter if a person lives in a big city or a small village - he will be able to develop, earn money and feel needed by himself, his family and society. “Everything should go from the heart: at an unloved job, you count every second when you have to return home. And my time flies like one moment,” says the villager. Speaking about the village, she adds: “This is my place, I’m glad I found it. I definitely couldn’t live in the city. I found myself in the profession - I don’t want another job and I don’t see myself anywhere else. Moreover, you can earn money here: the more calves are born, the higher the salary - there is interest and incentive.Of course, I will continue to develop in my chosen profession, go in this direction, but I will not change my job for anything. I live my work! A fan of his work - this is about me."

Yes, and Tatiana was very lucky with the team - he is wonderful in the branch of the SPK "Beresnevsky". According to Tatyana, everyone is young and friendly. Even if they argued about the case - they forgot and continue to work, no one holds a stone in their bosom. “Now, when they found out about my participation in the forum of rural workers, they congratulated me sincerely and from the bottom of my heart. They said: be sure to go, don’t even think! I received good moral support from them, they know that I am always very worried: such a character, nothing you won't," the young woman smiles.

Tatyana admits that she has never been to such events before, the more significant and memorable this event will become for her. She is sure that her work also played a decisive role in the fact that she was chosen as a participant - the production results obtained, her personal contribution to the development of the economy. “The forum of rural workers in MINSK is a grandiose event. When I found out that I was chosen to participate, I was seized with pleasant excitement,” she recalls. “And only then feelings were added to this feeling - this is a big responsibility. "Thank you for noting, recommending and entrusting you to represent the district and the region at such a high level. Of course, there is great interest on my part - I want to communicate with colleagues from other regions so that in the future I can exchange experience."
