MINSK . Since November 26, Belarus has banned the sale of two types of ice cream from the Russian company Dream Factory: vanilla ice cream in milk-chocolate glaze and blueberry-flavored ice cream in a waffle cone, BELTA reports, citing the register of hazardous products. The
products banned from
sale are:
The ice cream does not meet the requirements of the technical regulations of the Customs Union "On the safety of food products", "On the safety of
MILK and dairy products", "Food
products in terms of their labeling". Expert
studies have shown the replacement of milk fat in products with its substitute in the amount of 99.9%, with the norm being no more than 50%.
Both types of sweets are produced by the Russian company "Fabrika Grez" in the city of Zavolzhye in the Nizhny Novgorod region.
In early October, strawberry ice cream in a waffle cone from the same factory was already banned from sale in Belarus due to the high percentage of milk fat replacement with a substitute - 88.2%.
