Ten new farms in the Gomel region are planned to be equipped with Carousel systems in 2024

July 26, Gomel. Ten new farms, which will be built in the Gomel region in 2024 , are planned to be equipped with milking machines of the "Carousel" type produced by OJSC "Gomelagrokomplekt". Chairman of the Gomel Regional Executive Committee Ivan Krupko told reporters about this on July 26, BELTA correspondent reports.

As an example of a modern dairy complex, the HEAD of the region named the MTK "Cheretyanka" OJSC "Banner of the Motherland" in the Gomel region, the work of which was reviewed today by the Chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee Alexander Subbotin. In the spring of this year, a complex for more than 1 thousand heads of dairy herd with a "Carousel" type milking system produced by OJSC "Gomelagrokomplekt" was put into operation.

“We see that the milking system has been adapted. It has justified itself, and the advantages of its use are obvious. We are also talking about convenience for milking operators. And the animals feel less stressed,” the governor emphasized.

“Next year, 10 new farms will appear in the region. And we expect that they will be equipped with Carousel. The milking systems of Gomelagrokomplekt are actually 90% of their own equipment, which is produced at the enterprise,” emphasized Ivan Krupko.

He drew attention to the fact that at such complexes all technological standards will be fully complied with, and the necessary conditions will be created for high-quality and comfortable work of people. “Hence the quality of MILK , the reduction in costs, and the possibility of competition for the finished product from our milk processing enterprises,” summed up the chairman of the regional executive committee.
