News of the topic Retail services in rural areas are of particular importance, since most settlements in the hinterland simply do not have stationary retail outlets, and local residents can only buy essential products in mobile shops. If a mobile shop does not come to a village, grandmas and grandpas are left without bread. To avoid such unfortunate force majeure situations, the Minsk Region is expanding its fleet of mobile shops. Recently, new mobile shops were purchased (including with the support of the regional executive committee) for the Dzerzhinsky, Myadel and Vileika districts. BELTA correspondents drove around the latter with a new mobile shop.
The main thing is quality of service

There are 405 settlements in the Vileika District, 347 of which do not have stationary retail outlets, which means that local residents have their daily needs delivered to them by mobile shops.
"Currently, 17 routes for the movement of mobile shops have been developed. The load per vehicle is approximately 2.5 routes, each of which includes about two dozen villages. During the day, the auto shop travels from 120 to 180 km, making stops even in those settlements where the minimum number of residents live," said Marina Voznyak, Deputy Chairperson of the Vileika District Executive Committee.

Until now, mobile rural trade was provided by the Dzerzhinsky district consumer society and private mobile shops.
"There were complaints about both. If there were complaints about the irregularity of traffic, especially in winter, the quality of goods, then the district consumer society did not spoil the residents of the hinterland with a variety of assortment," Marina Voznyak noted.
To improve the quality of the implementation of an important social task, a new auto shop was purchased for the district with the support of the Minsk Regional Executive Committee. It was transferred to the balance sheet of the KUP "Sodruzhestvo". "This enterprise successfully operates in the city, their own products

are popular , so there should be no problems with forming the assortment. Auto shops are a new experience for Sodruzhestvo, but, according to the villagers, the employees of the enterprise cope with the task - they like both the assortment and the service," noted Marina Voznyak. With the receipt of the second new store, the service area of Sodruzhestvo will expand even more. "The main thing is that people are happy, because most of them have contributed to the economy of the district and deserve decent, high-quality service," emphasized Marina Voznyak. Password - a bag on the fence

Half the success of any mobile shop is the professionalism of its crew. It is important not only to know your business, but also to be sensitive to customers. And in the countryside, these are mainly grandfathers and grandmothers, for whom a kind word is a valuable medicine. This was learned perfectly by the driver of the #1 auto shop, Vyacheslav Putyrsky, who has been working in the trade industry of the Vileika district for almost 10 years.
"I have been turning the steering wheel since 1981, I even went to work in Minsk . But as soon as I came to trade, I stayed. There are enough difficulties at the mobile shop, but I got so used to people that I can not quit," the driver said.

On inclement winter days, Vyacheslav always puts two shovels in the car. Even if the track is sometimes cleared, then in order to turn around on narrow rural roads, he has to dig up snow.

"I know every person, the approximate list of products they come for. Not to mention the residents - I have already studied their children and grandchildren. Sometimes I am driving and see a package or a bag on the fence, immediately realizing that the owner will not be able to reach the stop, you need to slow down and let the goods go. It happens that you carry groceries straight home. These are old people, they are sick ... "- the driver noted.
The second member of the crew is Lyudmila Terekh. The sixth-category seller is not only a colleague, but also Vyacheslav's life partner, so their thoughts on the issue of serving villagers are similar.

"More than 40 years in trade, for me there are no difficulties in my business. If only there were goods and customers. And I stayed in the mobile shop, because here I am responsible for everything myself, not expecting help from someone, but also not complaining about the dishonesty of colleagues. Sometimes it is difficult, because we work until the last client, but the kind attitude of people who have become almost family, covers all the problems," she said.
By the way, customers in the villages call the seller "our Lyudochka". And this is the best description for a trade worker.

Heading for Malevichi

There are only a few minutes left before the arrival of the new mobile shop in the fairly large village of Malevichi, where the car makes three stops on Tsentralnaya Street, and local residents are already taking their places in the queue. There are many children among the buyers - summer in the village attracts summer residents and city dwellers here. If there are people, there will be demand for goods and revenue for the enterprise.

"This is a shop, I understand! The old one was walking around - no display case, no goods. These are the kind of cars there should be!" - Vladimir Provalsky, standing in line, does not hide his admiration, adding that there has been no store in the village for more than five years, and now all hope is on imported trade. While we are talking with a villager, Lyudmila briskly serves satisfied customers, sending fresh bread, bottles of milk, pasta and cereals into their bags. There is also meat and fresh-frozen meat
as a potential side dishpollock , and sausages with hot dogs. And there is demand for all these items.

"I adore our Vileika bars!" - noted Galina Voronova, who spends the entire warm season in Malevichi, looking after her elderly mother. Her ode to Vileika bakery products is immediately picked up by the entire queue.
"And their brick is the most delicious. We always buy it," - voices are heard.

Another popular product in the summer isice cream . Buyers put two or even four packs in their bags. Children come running to get it, money clutched in their fists.

Svetlana came here from Russia for a visit. Her grandchildren are with her on a visit to the Vileika district.
"The bread here is delicious, milk, and cold meats. I always buy ice cream for the children," she said.

"Give me some good sausage, without lard. No, this is not enough for me - I have a big family in the summer," Valentina Romanenko tells the seller and packs half of the "Doctor's" sausage.

"Take some fresh fish, fry it," Lyudmila skillfully suggests the next item, immediately receiving consent.

It is clear that people are happy. And that is the main thing.

Vladyki with bread and milk

The road in the village of Vladyki is so narrow that it is a problem for two cars to pass each other. And here, electricians are replacing a transformer substation, creating an unprecedented bustle for these places right on the central artery.
"We have a lot of summer residents: the nature is beautiful, the river is nearby, the forests are full of mushrooms. But we spend the warm season here, and the locals have to live here permanently. And when there is no store, or buses, then the mobile shop is a salvation," said Nikolai Kisly.
The nearest store in Ilya is six kilometers through the forest. It is difficult to get there without a car.

"I really love the village, I would be lost without it. There are a lot of mushrooms, beets and onions have grown, cucumbers, and milk ,"We'll buy cottage cheese and sour cream at the food truck. We'll definitely buy Vileika bread," Irina Chernikevich noted, praising the new food truck and adding that pensioners love fish, chicken, and semi-finished meat products.
All of this is now available at the food truck, so Irina enjoys shopping.

"If only it were always like this!" she sums up.
Along a forest path

You have to look hard to find a place as beautiful as the one in the village of Sokolye-Ugol: every yard is a forest glade surrounded by slender pine trees. A real paradise for mushroom pickers and summer residents. And a forest road leads to the village, which only an experienced person can find. But Vyacheslav Putyrsky, who knows the route well, confidently leads the formed motorcade to the settlement.
"We inherited the house from our grandmother. My daughter and I live in it. The food truck is our salvation. It's good that it comes regularly. Bread, milk, sour cream , sausage - people need everything," said Lyudmila Shevtsova.
Svetlana Artimenkova noted that the new mobile shop is a sight to behold. "Now we'll take milk, cottage cheese, fresh bread. The rest grew in the garden. We don't need much..." she summed up.
They promise to expand the range of the new auto shop in the near future. Moreover, another new mobile shop will be added to the district. And although the auto shop is not a hypermarket, high-quality fresh goods will be delivered to villagers regularly.
