Here for the first time in Belarus they began to milk with robots. The company continues to follow the path of progress and growth of management efficiency. Updates and modernizes farms, machine and tractor fleet and land cultivation technologies. We visited the agro-town Ostrovki and found out what was new there.
Housewarming party at MTK "Sorry" – In December, we launched an ITC for 800 heads with a milking milking unit. Three years before that, another dairy farm had been modernized. Now we have completely gone from the tethered keeping of cows, - Vasily Kholopitsa, director of the Nesvizh Islands OJSC, shared the news. - The transfer of cows to a new, progressive type of content is an event that fundamentally changes the technology of milk production. Was it difficult for operators to retrain cows?
- I had to push the cows, almost bring them into the milking parlor on my hands. It's lucky that the cows are smart, smart, - recalls Marina Rozhkova, head of the ITC "Forgive" - a complex that officially celebrated a housewarming before the new year. “Now everything is running its course. Cows got used to it - the operators started working in a new rhythm set for the herd.
With the chief livestock specialist of the farm, Galina Rybaltovskaya, we drove through the local farms. What I saw impressed me. All three were struck by the sterile cleanliness of the refrigeration rooms, the steel sheen of the tanks, where the milk of the morning milking was cooled. Entering the milk pipelines, it does not come into contact with a person anywhere, it is sold as an extra and higher grade. In 2022, these varieties accounted for 95.6% (92.2% in 2021).
In line - to the robotAt the Makashi robotic farm, animals habitually, without a pusher, lined up for milking. Such zeal for milking never ceases to amaze amateurs.
- A cow can approach the robot 3-4 times a day. The driver only "persuades" the heifers at first. And when she figures out that the robot not only milks, but also feeds delicious, then she goes to him! - Galina Rybaltovskaya explains the principle of interest of the cows of this farm with a unique, unlike the other roof. This architectural appearance was copied from Denmark, a country famous for dairy cattle breeding, where the "Nesvizh islanders" went for experience.
And if at the robotic complex everything went on as usual - the usual circle, then on the other two farms - MTK "Islands" and MTK "Forgive" - the cows, having passed through the milking parlor, returned to the feed tables, and some lay down on clean beds and began to chew gum.
Operators of machine milking MTC "Islands" and MTC "Forgive" put things in order in the milking parlors. They began to prepare for their departure home, because the women went to milking at 4 in the morning. At this hour, a traveling car, specially purchased for the delivery of workers, arrives at the milkmaids' houses. According to the mood of the operators and livestock breeders, it was obvious that those who are happy to go to work and return home with a sense of accomplishment work at both MTK and the Makashi farm.
year is auspiciousTelling how they worked in 2022, Vasily Nikolayevich honestly noted:
– The past year for JSC "Nesvizhskie Ostrovki" can be assessed as favorable. Although I do not hide it: in different industries they worked differently. At the same time, there are reasons for pride, - says the director and begins to list: - Gross output worth 19.084 million rubles was produced (in comparable prices - 110% by 2021). Sales proceeds - 20.174 million rubles. (123.4% by 2021). Net profit - 2.999 million rubles.
The fact that milk is the main commercial product, Vasily Nikolaevich confirmed with figures. He also said that 11 thousand tons of milk were received in 2022 (+733 tons by 2021). 9.607 thousand kg of milk was milked per cow (+513 kg by 2021). On a robotic farm, the average annual milk yield is even higher - 10681 kg.
The potential of the herd continues to grow. In 2022, 534 heifers, or 45%, were introduced into it. 116 calves were obtained per 100 queens, and 80 calves per 100 cows.
The company has learned how to produce high-quality feed for cattle cheaply. At the same time, the consumption of feed for the production of 1 centner of milk in 2022 amounted to 0.7 c.u., which confirms the rational use of resources.
Caring for the feeding of herds is an important task for crop growers and machine operators. In 2022
the following grain harvest was obtained: 74.8 centners per hectare, which is 6.2 centners per hectare higher than a year earlier. Grain grain weight - 9346 tons with 18.6% profitability.
The season turned out to be favorable for corn and rapeseed, which received 1,165 tons of oilseeds (this is an additional 410 tons by 2021). Sugar beet was also a profitable crop. Farmers, having increased the area under beets to 280 hectares (plus 80 hectares by 2021), received 17,169 tons of root crops (5,728 tons more than last year).
The farm continues to update the fleet of vehicles. In 2022, a machine for applying liquid fertilizers, tractors, cars, mowers and other trailed equipment were purchased.
MotivationIn 2022, not only the machine and tractor fleet, milk yield, cuttings and threshing, but also wages and motivation of people grew at Nesvizh Islands OJSC. For example, for machine milking operators in 2022, the average salary is 1886.4 rubles, higher - only for tractor drivers: 2026.8 rubles. The average monthly for the enterprise is 1526.3 rubles.
– People who have not forgotten how to work work in Nesvizh Islands. The only thing left for the management is to ensure that everything goes smoothly everywhere, as well as to encourage financially and with a kind word diligence and initiative, - says Vasily Kholopitsa, director of Nesvizh Islands OJSC.
It also does not forget those who worked at the enterprise before retiring. Starting this year, on the Day of the Elderly, former members of the Nesvizh Islands team will be financially supported - material assistance in the amount of two basic ones.
– This is how we, the workers, will show respect and gratitude to people for their contribution to the creation of our enterprise! - said the director Vasily Kholopitsa at the end of the conversation.
“People who have not forgotten how to work work in Nesvizh Ostrovki. The only thing left for the management is to make sure that everything goes smoothly everywhere, and also to encourage diligence and initiative with material and kind words,” notes Vasily Kholopitsa.
