
July 13, MINSK. The EXPORT of Belarusian butter and MILK powder to the Yaroslavl region is planned to be organized through the platform of the Belarusian Universal Commodity Exchange. The corresponding agreement was reached following a visit to the central office of the BUSE by a delegation of business circles from this region of RUSSIA, BelTA learned from the press service of the exchange.
In particular, the management of one of the leading producers of fermented milk products and ice cream in the Yaroslavl region expressed an interest in purchasing large volumes of butter and skimmed milk powder at exchange auctions to meet the company's needs for high-quality raw materials. At the same time, the possibility of using the exchange platform for the sale of Russian-made finished products to CHINA using the mechanism of transit transactions is also being considered.
BUCE Deputy Chairman of the Board Aleksey Matsevilo emphasized the exchange's readiness to assist in entering the market of both Belarus and third countries, with which BUCE already has a positive experience of interaction. According to him, this year the exchange export of butter to Russia is growing at a record pace. According to the results of the first half of the year, deliveries increased by more than six times, both in kind and in value terms. "The Made in Belarus brand promotes sales, and demand from Russian buyers is now very high. At the same time, we are ready not only to provide your enterprise with raw materials, but also to help with the export of finished products. As far as I know, China is one of the main trade - economic partners of the Yaroslavl region, which is also a priority market for us, which we have been actively and successfully mastering since the end of last year. I am sure that Chinese companies accredited on the stock exchange will be interested in the products of the dairy group produced by you," the BUCE representative noted.
JSC "Belarusian Universal Commodity Exchange" was established in 2004. The first auction took place in June 2005. BUCE is one of the largest commodity exchanges in Eastern Europe. The main function of the exchange is to assist Belarusian enterprises in exporting products and to help foreign companies enter the Belarusian market. The exchange sells metal, timber, agricultural products, industrial and consumer goods of a wide range.
