More participants, areas, exhibits. The exhibition "Belagro-2025" starts its work in Minsk

June 3, MINSK . The Minsk International Exhibition Center will become the center of the country's agricultural life for five days - from June 3 to 7, it will host events of the Belarusian Agro-Industrial Week and the 35th international specialized exhibition "Belagro-2025", in which 545 companies from 14 countries will take part, and the exposition will include over 500 units of machinery and equipment used by farmers and livestock breeders in food production, BELTA reports. 
The international specialized exhibitions "Belagro", "Belferma", "Belprodukt", "Prodmash. Kholod. Upak" are organized every year during the Belarusian Agro-Industrial Week to introduce advanced areas of crop production, livestock and poultry farming, modern technologies for processing, packaging and storing products and a variety of agricultural machinery. The forum traditionally brings together not only Belarusian farmers and workers in the food and processing industries, but also their foreign colleagues and partners. This year will be no exception. At the level of official delegations, over 20 countries will participate in Belagro-2025, as specified by Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food Vladimir Grakun. There are also newcomers: Botswana, Ghana, Zimbabwe, Qatar, Mozambique, Republika Srpska (entity of Bosnia and Herzegovina), Bosnia and Herzegovina. RUSSIA , Germany , Italy , CHINA , Iran, Turkey , Vietnam , Palestine, Pakistan, Kazakhstan , Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan will present their agricultural achievements as exhibitors . A wide representation is expected from Russia: 18 regions of the federation will be guests of Belagro, 12 will exhibit their products - we are talking about Bryansk, Voronezh, Lipetsk, Nizhny Novgorod, Novosibirsk, Rostov, Smolensk and Chelyabinsk regions, Krasnodar and Perm Krai, St. Petersburg and the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug.
A significant nuance of the organization of the exhibition in 2025 was a significant increase in open exhibition space, which became possible due to the "move" of Belagro from the Chinese-Belarusian Industrial Park "Great Stone" to a new pavilion, due to which the exhibition area was increased by 6660 sq.m, which was used by the flagships of domestic agricultural machinery to demonstrate a larger number of exhibits. The exhibition will also feature a wide range of fertilizers and plant protection products, types of equipment for their application, equipment for grain harvesting and forage preparation, machinery for melioration work, cultivation and harvesting of potatoes, SUGAR beets and other vegetables. In general, as the organizers explained,agricultural products, machinery and equipment will be demonstrated in the technological chain with modern energy-saving technologies of all industries related to both production and processing, transportation, storage and sales.
According to Svetlana Zvezdina, Assistant General DIRECTOR of Minsk Expo CJSC, the most visited expositions at Belagro are annually the Fishing Village of Belvodkhoz and Belferma. As for the latter, the latest achievements in the field of animal husbandry will be shown here - animal feeders and equipment for their maintenance, cage equipment and incubators, automated installations for dairy farms. At the exhibition, in addition, it will be possible to get acquainted with an automated herd management system, milking machines of various modifications, MILK cooling units - both stationary and mobile - for work on pastures. New feed and feed additives, veterinary drugs and medicines, exclusive technologies in bioenergy, including energy equipment and its software will be presented here. The "Trade Town" will not be left without the attention of the participants, which will be a kind of exhibition of achievements of the food industry and a fair and sale of food products. Modern equipment and materials for processing agricultural products will be exhibited in the exhibition pavilion, where expositions of the exhibitions "Prodmash. Holod. Upak", presenting equipment for food industry enterprises, "Belagro", exhibiting equipment for processing agricultural products, and "Belprodukt. Food Industry", demonstrating food products will be located . By the way, 154 Belarusian manufacturers will present a wide range of food products: the shelves will house sausages, semi-finished MEAT products, poultry products, dairy products , canned goods, groceries, baby and dietary food , bakery products and much more. Food industry enterprises will delight visitors to the exhibition with tastings. For the third year in a row, a separate exposition on the open area will be formed by producers of fruit and vegetable products, where visitors to the exhibition will have the opportunity not only to get acquainted with new varieties of vegetables grown in our country, but also to purchase them.
From year to year, Belagro becomes one of the main platforms for business negotiations. Ksenia Meleshko, HEAD of the Main Directorate for Foreign Economic Activity of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food, announced: at thematic conferences and seminars organized at the exhibition site, it will be possible to discuss a wide range of issues on ensuring the competitiveness of agricultural products, the use of land resources from the point of view of environmental and economic efficiency, prospects for cooperation between Belarus and neighboring and far-abroad countries in the field of production of innovative technologies in the agricultural sector. 
During the exhibition, the national tasting competition "Champion of Taste" will be held, a competition for the best breeding horse, and a competent commission will choose the best plowman. The program also includes an exhibition of farm animals and demonstration displays of equipment. Along with traditional exhibits, innovative products, advanced solutions and technologies will be demonstrated. In particular, enterprises of the Ministry of Industry announced their intention to present over 20 premieres. As Andrey Sinilo, Head of the Agricultural Machinery Department of the Ministry of Industry, noted, the wide representation of domestic manufacturers at such a large-scale exhibition speaks volumes about the sustainable dynamics of industrial development, readiness to fully meet the country's domestic needs for high-quality agricultural machinery and equipment. The cultural program of "Belagro-2025" will be extremely extensive, including performances by creative groups from different regions of the republic and music by a military orchestra. Time and again, the point of attraction for participants of the large-scale agro-industrial forum is the exposition "Partisan Glade. Soldier's Kitchen", where everyone is treated to aromatic porridge. Athletes are also scheduled to participate in the agro-industrial exhibition: the program includes performances by the Gymnastics Theater of the Belarusian State University of Physical Education, an extreme show by Belarusian martial arts champions, demonstrations in football, artistic gymnastics and acrobatics, rhythmic gymnastics, martial arts - demonstrations of skills in karate, hand-to-hand combat, taekwondo, Thai boxing are promised. 
During the days of Belagro-2025, buses No. 912 and No. 962 will run from 8.30 to 19.30 with an interval of 20 minutes from the metro stations "Akademiya Nauk" and "Pushkinskaya" so that Minsk residents and guests of the city can easily get to the site of the largest agricultural forum in the country.
