On November 16, President of Belarus ALEXANDER LUKASHENKO instructed the Governor of the Grodno region Vladimir Karanik and Assistant to the President - Regional Inspector Yury Karaev to open a temporary accommodation center for refugees in the transport and logistics center near the Bruzgi checkpoint . Instead of the field conditions of the border camp, which they organized near the Polish border line, the refugees were offered to go under the roof. The refugees were given mattresses, dry and warm clothes, and were provided with everything they needed. In total, there are about 1 thousand people here. Lots of families with children. Today they had the first warm night in many days.

Measures are being taken to provide people with everything they need. Including hot meals. Today the refugees were delivered tea and boiled eggs. For lunch, hot porridge and also tea will be given out. The military provides cooking. Organizations and caring citizens also continue to deliver food to refugees, from which they form food packages. This morning, for example, the refugees were given MILK , yogurt, confectionery, bread. First of all, assistance is given to women and children.
