Belarus has adjusted the minimum prices for dairy products for some countries

April 4, MINSK. The Ministry of Agriculture and Food has changed the marginal minimum prices for goods sold under foreign trade agreements. This is provided for by the decree of the department dated April 3, 2023 No. 45, which is officially published on, BelTA informs.

According to the document, MILK and cream, condensed or with added SUGAR, in powder, granules or in other solid forms (not more than 1.5% fat) will be sold to the countries of the EAEU, the CIS and countries outside the Commonwealth (except Georgia) for no less than $ 2, 7 for 1 kg. For the Russian Federation, the cost is not lower than 200 Russian rubles per 1 kg. In countries such as Bangladesh, Vietnam, Egypt, Indonesia, Yemen, Qatar, CHINA , Malaysia, Mongolia, Oman, Syria and Saudi Arabia, products will be sold for no less than $2.35 per 1 kg.

In addition, butter with a milk fat content of 80% or more can be sold to RUSSIA at an EXPORT price of 450 Russian rubles per 1 kg, to the EAEU and CIS countries - for $6.9 per 1 kg, and for other countries the cost will be at least $6, 1. For Egypt, Serbia, and now also Turkey, a special price is set - $5.9.

The resolution also states that the cost of cheese, depending on the fat content per 1 kg, for the Russian Federation is set in the range from 300 to 420 Russian rubles, for the EAEU and CIS countries - from $6.1 to $6.15, and for other countries - from $6 to $6.1. There are special prices for Egypt and Serbia - $4.5-4.6 per 1 kg.

The cost of products is set depending on the region of export: Russia , EAEU countries (except Russia), CIS countries and Georgia (except EAEU countries), countries outside the CIS (except Georgia).

The decision comes into force on April 4.
