Banquet hall, sauna, sports and recreation center, biathlon school. How the staff of JSC "Gritskevichi" creates a village of the future

OJSC "Gritskevichi", in Nesvizh region, is a small enterprise by Belarusian standards. But despite the modest land resources, from year to year the farm shows enviable results: it is one of the leaders in the region in terms of MILK yield and holds a high bar in the crop industry. However, JSC "Gritskevichi" is famous not only for its production indicators. This is where the village of the future is being created! How this happens and why the HEAD of the economy began to cultivate biathlon, our correspondents found out.

“We are, of course, talking about drought. Not a drop of moisture fell on the fields for about a month and a half. To be honest, the situation was quite difficult. However, with maximum effort, she managed to get it under control. Today, all machinery is actively working in the fields. The results are good. For winter wheat, the yield exceeds 95 centners per hectare, which is even more than in the previous year.

JSC "Gritskevichi" cultivates the main types of cereals. A significant part of the fields is given over to SUGAR beets.

– Recently, we have been using a new technology that has already shown high efficiency. It allows you to significantly increase the yield of sugar beet - up to a thousand tons per hectare. Raw materials are sent for processing to the Gorodeya Sugar Plant, - says the head.

OJSC "Gritskevichi" has one of the highest rates of dairy herd density per 100 hectares of territory. In general, the livestock industry brings more than two thirds of the company's revenue.

– We are consciously betting on milk . We are constantly upgrading our facilities using the most modern equipment. Computer technology allows you to track all parameters at each stage of production. We create comfortable conditions for animals, which has a positive effect on milk yield. On average, one cow gives about 30 liters of milk. And the most highly efficient cows are twice as large, - Evgeny Zdanovich notes.

Now the farm continues the reconstruction of the oldest farm in the village of Nelepovo. New equipment will be installed here, a dispensary, departments for dead wood, a milking parlor will undergo renovation.

– This will approximately double the milk yield on the farm. Of course, the dairy herd will also grow. This is a common practice that improves the efficiency of the livestock industry. Thus, we will be able to increase the proceeds from milk, which we will direct to the further development of production capacities, - says the director .

The agricultural town of Gritskevichi can be called the village of the future. It would seem that a small settlement - only 560 inhabitants, and it has a canteen, a post office, two grocery stores, a sports and recreation complex, a laundry, a banquet hall, an equipped place for recreation, a bathhouse ... Considerable merit in the appearance of such a developed infrastructure belongs to the management of the enterprise .

“The social sphere is very important for us. It's not just about staff retention, although we pay a lot of attention to this aspect, but also about the continuity of generations. I would like to leave a prosperous land for our children and grandchildren, where all the conditions for a comfortable life are created. By our own example, we show that it is possible to live in the countryside no worse than in large cities, - Evgeny Zdanovich argues.

By the way, about the sports and recreation complex. In addition to the standard set of services, there is a sports section for ... biathlon! Many local guys visit it and already show good results. In a short period of time, young athletes from Gritskevichi were able to achieve impressive success: they took several prizes and were selected for the team of the MINSK region for the republican competitions.

“We have created the necessary base for the pupils so that they can do it for their own pleasure and reach sports peaks. Raising Olympic Champions! It seems like an ambitious statement, but why not? We give a good base, we encourage the guys financially. I am sure that some of them will reach a high professional level. Although this, of course, is not an end in itself. In the modern world, it is important to distract children from gadgets and social networks and show that there are interesting activities offline, - says the head of the enterprise.

Broad social guarantees are also provided for the employees of the enterprise, in particular, various payments - for HEALTH improvement, for mothers on maternity leave, bonuses for holidays and anniversaries.

– We understand that the heart of any enterprise is the team, so we do everything to make people feel comfortable and have the opportunity for development. Then the results will only grow, - the head notes.

Now the team plans to complete the harvesting routinely and start preparing for the autumn field work.

- Everything goes according to plan. Small adjustments are made by precipitation, but this is a workflow. We are pleased with the quality of the harvest: despite all the difficulties, there are good indicators for the gross harvest, - Yevgeny Zdanovich concluded.

Gross milk yield for 2022 amounted to 12528 tons of milk, milk yield per cow - 10528 kilograms, average daily weight gain - 838 grams.

Last year, the agrarians of JSC "Gritskevichi" threshed 11,590 tons of grain with corn at a yield of 92.6 centners per hectare.

The company has established the production of semi-finished products and culinary products of a diverse range. This product is very popular among the people of the region.

The company will continue to develop the sports sector. The plans include the construction of a ski-roller track for training athletes. As planned, its length will be about 800 meters. The track will be built on hilly terrain so that young athletes have the opportunity to work out the climbs.

JSC "Gritskevichi" pays special attention to feed safety. Produced last year:

622 tons of hay,

12 thousand tons of haylage,

over 16 thousand tons of silage.
