The only founder of the company is the Kuzbass businessman Anatoly Volkov. As an individual entrepreneur, he manages a chain of farm products stores named after him, in addition, he owns Zarinsky MEAT Processing Plant LLC, registered in the Altai Territory. This organization last year, compared to 2021, increased both revenue - from 713 to 815.5 million rubles, and net profit - from 14.9 to 18.2 million.

According to the website of the Arbitration COURT of Kuzbass, in 2022 Kuzbass Broiler LLC was fined 300 thousand rubles under an administrative article on violation by the manufacturer of the requirements of technical regulations (part 2 of article 14.43 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). The investigation into the enterprise began after dangerous bacteria, salmonella, were found in its frozen poultry stew, supplied for sale in the Novosibirsk region .

According to NGS42.RU, at the end of 2020, Kuzbass Broiler was among nine companies that the Novokuznetsk environmental prosecutor's office convicted of air pollution.

"Inskaya poultry farm"

The founder of the organization is Rostpozitivimpulse JSC, which includes several Kuzbass agricultural enterprises: three poultry farms, as well as a pig farm , a meat processing plantand a feed mill. Until September 2022, Oksana Reshetova was listed as the founder of Rostpositivimpulse, now the shareholders of the company are not disclosed. Andrey Karbyshev is the general DIRECTOR of the company.

According to information from the website of the Eighth Court of Cassation of General Jurisdiction, in 2021, employees of the South Siberian Department of Rosprirodnadzor fined Inskaya Poultry Farm 400 thousand rubles under an administrative article on non-compliance with the requirements for land protection and soil protection (part 2 of article 8.7 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). Then, during an inspection at one of the sites for which the enterprise was responsible, inspectors found littering with scrap metal, broken bricks, glass wool, concrete slabs and mortar. The company tried to challenge the fine in three courts, but did not succeed.

"Kuzbass poultry farm"

Another factory, which is located in the Novokuznetsk district, has been operating since 1966, according to its website. The poultry population is more than 1 million heads, the company produces 300 million eggs per year (about 822 thousand per day) and 550 tons of poultry meat.

In 2022, compared to 2021, the revenue of Kuzbass Poultry Farm JSC decreased from 1.6 to 1.5 billion rubles. And if the organization completed the year before last with a significant net profit, 88.7 million, then in the past it showed a net loss of 79.7 million.

Earlier, the famous Kuzbass oligarch Alexander Shchukin was the founder of the poultry farm. After his death in July 2021, the new owners of the enterprise in Kontur.Focus are not disclosed.

According to the website of the Arbitration Court of the Kemerovo Region, in 2021, the Kuzbass Poultry Farm was fined an unspecified amount (probably from 150,000 to 300,000 rubles) under an administrative article on violation of the requirements for the protection of water bodies (part 4 of article 8.13 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). Employees of Rosprirodnadzor were punished for dumping waste into the Petrik River in excess of pollutant standards. Subsequently, in 2023, for the damage caused to the river, 3.5 million rubles were recovered from the factory to the income of the budget system of the Russian Federation.

As NGS42.RU wrote, in 2021, the prosecutor's office began checking against the Kuzbass Poultry Farm and Kuzbass Broiler after complaints from residents of the Novoilinsky district of Novokuznetsk about the smell of chicken manure spreading from the enterprises. The agency did not release the results of the investigation.

"Trudarmeyskaya Poultry Farm"

"Poultry Farm Trudarmeyskaya" is located in the village of the same name in the Prokopyevsk district. According to the company's website, it produces broiler chicken meat for sale , while there is no information on the sale of eggs on the Internet resource.

In 2022, the factory achieved a revenue of 903.5 million rubles against 723.4 million in 2021. Net profit in 2022 more than doubled compared to the year before, from 140.9 million to 283.3 million.

Alexey Filimonov is the founder of Trudarmeyskaya Poultry Farm LLC. In addition, he owns OOO Agricultural Enterprise Mikhailovskoye, also located in the Prokopyevsk District. At the end of 2022, this organization reported revenue of 189.3 million rubles (in 2021 it was 163.1 million) and net profit of 35.2 million (in 2021 it was 71.1 million).

According to information from the unified register of inspections of the prosecutor's office, in 2021, employees of the prosecutor's office and Rospotrebnadzor revealed violations of the SanPiN requirements on the prevention of infectious diseases in humans at the Trudarmeyskaya Poultry Farm. As a result, protocols were drawn up against the legal entity, as well as the executive director of the company, under the article on violation by the manufacturer of the requirements of technical regulations (part 1 of article 14.43 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). "Yashkinskaya poultry farm"

This poultry farm is located in the eponymous district of the Kemerovo region. According to information from her website, the average daily collection of eggs at the enterprise is 400 thousand pieces.

Last year, the revenue of Yashkinskaya Poultry Farm LLC reached 628.3 million rubles, an increase compared to 2021, when it was 601.6 million. Net profit, on the contrary, fell - from 16.4 million in 2021 to 10.8 million in 2022. Like Inskaya, Yashkinskaya Poultry Farm is part of the Rostpositivimpulse JSC group of companies. The general director of the factory is Sergey Propastin.

According to the website of the Yashkinsky District Court of Kuzbass, in 2021, the poultry farm was convicted of dumping waste into the Noskova River in excess of the norms for harmful substances. The organization was found guilty under the article on violation of the requirements for the protection of water bodies (part 4 of article 8.13 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) and fined 75 thousand rubles.

"Snezhinsky poultry farm"

Along with Inskaya and Yashkinskaya, Snezhinskaya Poultry Farm is the third poultry enterprise in the structure of JSC Rostpositivimpulse. It was opened in 1982 in the village of Snezhinsky, today there are about 80 thousand laying hens in it.

At the end of 2022, Snezhinskaya Breeding Poultry Farm LLC reported revenue of 602.3 million rubles, which is higher than in 2021, when it was 522.1 million. The company's net profit also increased - from 1.1 to 27.5 million. Aleksey Praskurin is the General Director.

According to the register of inspections of the prosecutor's office, back in 2016, specialists from the prosecutor's office and ROSSELKHOZNADZORrevealed by the "Snezhinskaya Poultry Farm" unauthorized disposal of waste (chicken manure) on agricultural land. The companies issued an order to eliminate this violation, but the organization did not comply with it, for which in 2018 it was punished under the relevant article (part 25 of article 19.5 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, entails a fine of 100-200 thousand rubles). Also, the company was issued a repeated requirement for the restoration of disturbed lands. Whether the factory executed it is unknown.
