Rosselkhoznazor has already excluded the enterprise from the list of registered enterprises and warned producers against buying low-quality MILK and MEAT.
Since the beginning of 2022, ROSSELKHOZNADZOR specialists have identified 60 “phantom” livestock enterprises across the country. All of them were officially registered and sold meat, but in fact they did not have their own animals.
One of these cases occurred in the Novosibirsk region. The company with the self-explanatory name "Mirage" registered 500 heads of cattle on paper, from which it allegedly produced more than 15 tons of meat and dairy products. After that, the representatives of the company sold the products taken from nowhere to enterprises in the Novosibirsk and Moscow regions. All products had the results of fictitious laboratory tests. This violates the principles of product tracking and calls into question its quality and safety.
Employees of the Rosselkhoznadzor department for the Novosibirsk region had to deal with this matter. His specialist came with a check to the company and found that there is no production at this address. The department took immediate action.
“For entering knowingly false information into the components of FSIS VetIS, the registration of the authorized person of the violating organization, Mirage LLC, was canceled, its site was recognized as phantom, transferred to the appropriate status and excluded from the register. Warnings were promptly sent to recipients of products of unknown origin through the Passport component, the Rosselkhoznadzor for the Novosibirsk Region said.
In April 2022, several outbreaks of foot and mouth disease among livestock were detected in RUSSIA. In rural areas of the Novosibirsk region, a vaccination campaign against the virus was carried out.
