In the Nenets Okrug, a cattle breeding enterprise owed more than 17 million rubles for the electricity it consumed. Writs of execution for the recovery of this amount from the organization were received by the CSO for the city of Naryan-Mar and the Zapolyarny region.
As part of the consolidated enforcement proceedings, the bailiff applied the entire set of enforcement measures prescribed by law to the debtor - the company's accounts were arrested and a decision was made to limit expenses on the cash desk, which obliges the debtor to transfer 50% of the funds received to the cash desk to pay off the debt.
12 objects of movable and immovable property of the debtor organization were also arrested. Under arrest were: a cowshed building for 200 heads, a farm building, a hangar, a garage, non-residential premises, six wheeled tractors and a Buran snowmobile. All property was left to the HEAD of the livestock complex for safekeeping.
While the procedure for assessing the seized property is underway, the company still has time to pay off its debts, otherwise the property and vehicles will be transferred for compulsory sale, the press service of the Federal Bailiff Service of RUSSIA for the Arkhangelsk Region and the Nenets Autonomous Okrug reported.
