Residents of Khakassia should carefully choose meat

Rospotrebnadzor in Khakassia conducted an inspection of the quality and safety of meat products in the consumer market of the region. Checked 106 objects engaged in the sale of meat.

We studied 370 samples of meat products, including those supplied to social institutions. 4859 kg of meat products were checked. As a result of the sale, 1.6 kg of expired sausage were removed.

3 non-standard samples were detected - E. coli bacteria were found in the samples. Measures have been taken on the facts of detection of non-standard products. Warnings have been issued to local producers of products about the inadmissibility of violating mandatory requirements.

Pathogenic microorganisms, chemical pollutants (heavy metal salts, pesticides), antibiotics, radionuclides, genetically modified organisms were not found.

For the violations committed, the perpetrators were brought to administrative responsibility and fined 10,000 rubles. Orders were issued to eliminate violations, to withdraw non-standard products from circulation, to develop a program of measures to prevent harm, the press service of Rospotrebnadzor reports.
