A resident of the village of Vyazovoe is successfully developing her poultry farming business in the Belgorod region.

Vera Litvinenko used funds allocated through the regional program to purchase 150 poultry. The mini-farm currently has 80 laying hens, 40 broiler chickens, and 30 turkeys. A warm, spacious building has been equipped to house the flock.

Buyers from the district center come to the mini-farm for delicious chicken eggs. This fall, the farmer plans to sell poultry meat to the public at local fairs and expand production next year.

"The social contract is a good program for those who want to work and earn money. For as long as I can remember, we've always had livestock on our property, so I have experience caring for poultry. It's not that difficult; patience and diligence are key, and then you'll see results," says Vera Litvinenko.

The "Assistance" program is being implemented in the region at the initiative of Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov. This type of government support helps citizens find good jobs, start their own businesses , develop their own farms, undergo vocational training, or improve their skills.
