The expedited registration of veterinary drugs, which was reduced from 160 to 60 business days in 2022, has become a key factor in the implementation of this project. More than 200 new domestic veterinary products are planned for release in 2024 , which should significantly improve the level of veterinary care and disease prevention in animals.
The project involves developing vaccines against serious diseases such as Newcastle disease and infectious bronchitis, which pose a threat to both poultry and pig farms. The use of modern technologies in vaccine development will ensure safer and more effective products that meet international standards.
State Secretary and Deputy Minister of Agriculture Maxim Uvaidov stated that investment in innovation is essential to maintaining the competitiveness of Russian producers in a global environment.
