1957 new cases of COVID-19 per day in Belarus

During the day, 1957 patients with covid-19 were registered in Belarus , 2644 patients were discharged, the Ministry of HEALTH reports in its TELEGRAM channel.
Since the beginning of the pandemic, 192,361 people have been registered in Belarus with a positive test for COVID-19. 171,901 patients who had previously been diagnosed with COVID-19 have recovered.
There are 19,046 patients in the active phase of COVID-19.
Over the entire period of the spread of infection in the country, 1,414 patients with a detected CORONAVIRUS infection died. Ten in the last day.
Over the past day, 24,454 tests were performed (the percentage of positive ones is 8). A total of 3,962,318 tests have been conducted in the country.
Recall that Belarus announced the start of vaccination with the Russian vaccine against coronavirus "Sputnik V". The first to be vaccinated will be medical workers, teachers and those specialists who, due to the nature of their profession, have to have a lot of contact with people.
Vaccination will be carried out on a voluntary basis.
