An analysis of electronic veterinary accompanying documents (eVSD) registered with the FSIS "Mercury" showed that the majority of fictitious market players were engaged in the sale of dairy products on behalf of municipalities.
In addition, the inspectors found that through the site of the Annenkovsky settlement of the Romodanovsky district, livestock was bought and sold. At the same time, records of transactions between individuals and companies selling animals were entered into the input production log without assigning an eVSD. Thus, last year 34, and since the beginning of 2022, seven heads of cattle were sold.
Information letters were sent to the heads of districts about the inadmissibility of such transactions. The sites where violations were detected were excluded from the register of the FSIS "Cerberus".
Some enterprises introduced MILK of unknown origin into trade through intra-production transactions: raw materials were immediately pasteurized, processed into butter and cheeses. All operations were performed by authorized persons. Incoming eVSD in such companies was not issued.
LLC "Ante and K°" used the building belonging to the district consumer society for the purchase of 300 heads of cattle, slaughter and butchering of carcasses. Cuts were sent to contractors in other regions of RUSSIA using forged documents. Materials about the actions of this company were transferred to the Ministry of Internal Affairs for initiation of a criminal case.
